Hands down THE WORST experience with an airline in my life! I understand things happen, like outages, but when I called for my reservation, the excuse I was given was that they had tried to upgrade their system I've been at the airport hours, been to different gates, this is a circus and Delta airlines are the clowns just piling out of the carThis will be my last experience with this once good airline, when they were Northwest The employees are nice, but considering none of them can honestly tell us what gate all of us passengers are departing from, I will be exiting the circus tent that is Delta Airlines

My luggage was broken in my flight from JFK to SFO.The agent at the SFO, Ilham (?), was very helpful, she replaced my luggage immediatelyI was very positively suprised, amazing job Delta!

I'm so mad about this happen.I bought the ticket online from LAX to GUA and my original ticket is form 10/to 5/When I went to Lax to chethe staff tells me that I can't used this ticket.The staff said I don't have the visa so I can't stay that long and they change my airline ticket and charge me $449USDI so confuse about itCan you please e-mail back and tells why the staff charge me $449USDIf possible I want my money back

Flight was changed times, twice without notificationParty or was split up despite same last name; members on flight an hour later until delta was contacted by us to resolveFirst flight out of Boise in am and left min late for no good reasonLayover in LA was supposed to be min and ran to gate, barely made it after being assured we would be finemembers unable to get off plane for transfer and gate attendant stated she could not hold plane and door would be closed splitting our group up even though late flight was the reason we were unable to board on timeSkymiles only able to purchase online and can not purchase over phone but app and online site unable to process X attempts over multiple days and from several computers and phone apps Finally called and transferred to representatives and placed on hold times with no resolveAble to purchase sky miles only to find I was charged for sky miles on previous attempts that I never receivedCalled customer service and notified of problem, on hold X and we think they finnaly resolvedWe'll see if I get $refund I am owed, I will never fly with Delta againNothing but bad experiences

our flight was cancelled because of a problem with the plane, delay was over 24 hrs, costing a days work , an extra day of kennel fees for my dogs, and an extra day of parking fees at CAK, I was provided a hotel room, but got put on a much later flight the next day,.

This will be my last experience with this once good airline, when they were Northwest.
