This is in response to Mr*** ***'s complaint about our services.Mr*** called our office to book services for a condo and just wanted floors cleaned They did not want me to look at the job and just wanted a crew to be sent ASAP because a tenant was moving in therefore I
estimated $200-over the phone for the cleaning of floorsI sent a crew the next day on October 3rd to cleanPrior to the crew arriving his wife called the office asking when they'll be arriving and if it would just take ONE hour to clean because she needed to be at a meeting I explained that for sure it would not be an hour cleaning as Mr*** asked for floors to be cleanedshe then agreed and said she'd be waiting for the crew to arrive When the crew arrived his wife then asked for the 3rd floor to be cleaned as well and left The crew started the job and then had to call me because they did not have electricity in the condo therefore could not run the vacuum They proceeded to start cleaning including bathrooms, kitchen, windows, dusting doors, woodwork, spending over hours going through the condo including 3rd floor At the end of the day Mr***'s wife returned and agreed the crew for them to return the next day to finish with the vacuuming and washing floors ensuring that the electricity would be turned on by then(if she was so dissatisfied with the service why would she agree to this) The same crew returned the following morning on October and spent another hours grooming (due to lack of electricity once again) and washing floors in all levels of the condoThe only time Mr*** complained about the services provided was when he received the bill of a total of $ This price is higher than originally estimated due to the 3rd level being added and also for the condo being extremely dirty, grimy, and filthyLadies had a lot of scrubbing and deep dusting to doMy biggest regret with this client is agreeing to send a crew without doing a walkthrough prior to services being provided Furthermore, I would also like to note that the tenants arrived to move in on the 2nd day that the cleaning crew was there and complimented and praised the ladies for doing such a great job Mr*** claims to be a good paying customer although in this case I believe that him and his wife had no intention of paying for services from the beginning

This is in response to complaint #[redacted] in which cleaning services were provided.  This customer has filed a complaint to avoid paying for all the services provided.  On the day of cleaning we sent out a team of 2 ladies ([redacted] & [redacted]) to do a move-in cleaning as well as...

clean inside windows.  Services were provided as agreed although we had never promised a "supervisor" to inspect the job as Mr. [redacted] states. Our cleaning crews are well trained and experienced in providing the services stated. The team arrived at about 1:30 pm and one of the ladies, [redacted] received a telephone call from her child's day care provider stating that she must have her child picked up as soon as possible due to feeling ill.  She then attempted to have a family member to go pick up the child although was unable to do so.  Therefore she left the job to go to the daycare.  Our other worker, [redacted] stayed behind to finish the job as agreed.  [redacted] has been working in the cleaning business for years and is well experienced in accomplishing a "move in cleaning" as well as window cleaning on her own in which she did. She cleaned kitchen top to bottom, bathrooms top to bottom, dusted all doors, woodwork, vacuumed, washed floors and cleaned all the windows.  When she completed Mr. [redacted]' wife expressed her gratitude and satisfaction for a job well done.  We only received a complaint  from the [redacted]' 3 weeks after the cleaning was done when they received the invoice to send payment.  They quickly stated that they were not going to pay the invoice.  I explained to them that we would've been more than happy to have gone out to the house along with the crew immediately within a day to cover anything that was not cleaned to their satisfaction had they called the office to let us know.  [redacted] was very shocked that they complained and refused to pay the total due as they told her that they were very happy with her work on the day of the cleaning.  This complaint is a way to cover the cost of the services provided.  Thank you for your attention in this matter and if you have any questions please contact us at [redacted]
