not response to this earlier. I could accept the response of bringing the tire back and get full credit. But I could only do this
(1) in a weekend, both date and time window are pre-arranged. It is too far from my home.
(2) detailed explanations on the 'full credit', how much exactly and if taxes are included etc.

I accept the business proposed resolution to proceed the next steps.
But please don't call me 'completely satisfied'. (1) The business was very slow in responding between June 7-29 and July 5-20.
(2) The business owner used ambiguous wording of 'full credit' in response which was misleading.
After almost two-month waiting, I got this result, which is just a closure but I am not satisfied.

The customer can come in on Saturday July 30th any time between 8:00 am - 4:00 pm. I will refund her what she requested which is $160 dollars in exchange for the tire.
