We contracted the office of Discount Waste and Recycling to rent a dumpster May 27, 2016, to be delivered to [redacted] We placed an order for a dumpster to be delivered on May 31 to [redacted] Late on the evening of May 31, we called to try to find out where the dumpster was. We were told that they probably could not deliver due to "some TDOT regulation issue" and when we asked what the issue was, we were told they could not get in touch with the driver. They told us they did not know where their truck was. They started making excuses that there may have been a sidewalk they could not cross over or something in the way prohibiting them from delivering. Since there was no sidewalk or trees in the way,no TDOT regulations subject to the neighborhood of [redacted] nor does the City of Smyrna require any type of permit for the given subdivision, we felt we were being ripped off when they charged the $195.00 trip charge. Then When I called to get the refund, I called a different dumpster company with a similar name and the lady said she gets calls ALL the time that THIS company fraudulently charges people for undelivered dumpstersI am now unable to get ahold of anyone at the company to request a refund for my undelivered dumpster, so I am filing a claim through my credit card company

I called the site in Nashville, TN to drop a dumpster on a commercial job siteThey said they could deliver the same day; never happenedI called the next day and the guy who answered the 800# lied to me and then proceeded to tell me to 'stop yapping' and then hung up on meI had my GC call to try to get the dumpster and he hung up on him tooThis is a terrible company with zero clue what customer service means
Most importantly, DO NOT use this company This company is a fraud I scheduled for a delivery of a foot dumpster to a job site First they could not give me a time that the dumpster would be delivered So we waited And waited And waited some more By the next morning still no dumpster I kept calling and got vague answers about dispatch is running all day and will get in touch with you Yeah right Finally called and asked to cancel the order and said I needed something in writing and was hung up on Pay the extra money and use a legitimate company
