This is the worst financial institutions I have ever done business with. I got behind on some payments do to repares on my unit. I asked the collections manager [redacted] to call me. He did not instead he sent me a letter of intent to accelerate payment agreement. If both payments plus lates fees where not paid in 5 days on July 2nd however they are closed 3rd 4th and 5th for holidays. I am going to make the payment on Monday. I am also retaining legal counsel and present my case to FTC. They have done everything they can to suck as much money out of me as possible the last couple of months of my lease. Before getting my title. If you are offered financing thru this company my suggestion to you is to run the other way. [redacted] will call you phone and hang up. He does not leave messages.
