We received this order on October 15. The address provided was for a Federal Prison in *** ***. The Federal Bureau of Prisons restricts all book shipments to five total items. The order we received was for six items. We sent an email to *** *** at
*** regarding this matter. Our email explained the rule and offered an options. The option offered was for Mr *** to select one title to be removed so the order total would be reduced to five items. We never received a reply from him regarding this matter. As a result, we had no choice but to cancel the order. His credit card was never charged for this order

On September we received an order from *** *** for four items, totaling $41.30. This order was shipped to *** *** on September 23. This order was shipped via *** *** Package Services Rate. The *** tracking number for this order is ***. According
to this information the shipment was delivered on September 28. We suggest Mr *** contact the mail room at the prison, as this shipment should be there. If the shipment is returned to us, we will issue a refund to him

We received an order from *** *** on May for three items, totaling $17.35. The order consisted of two CD items and one book item. Book items and non-book items are processed separate from one another, each with it's own order number and invoice. We shipped the one book item to ** *** on May 24. The two CD items she ordered were shipped to her in a separate package on May 24. The *** tracking number for the shipment that included the two CD items is: ***. According to the *** tracking details for this package, this shipment was delivered to ** *** address on June 1. *** *** is correct in saying we have no phone. We have been in business for over years, and have never had a phone. It is an expense we have preferred to avoid, allowing us to offer cheaper prices to our customers. We can ALWAYS be contacted by mail or online via email at ***. It does not appear either of these avenues were attempted by ** ***

We received an order from [redacted] and [redacted] on November 4.  The order was for five items, totaling $33.25.  We shipped all five items to [redacted] on November 7 at his location in [redacted].  The [redacted] tracking number for this shipment is: [redacted]. ...

According to the [redacted] tracking information, the shipment was delivered on November 14.   We assume it is at the correctional facility, as it has not been returned to us.   We sent two emails to [redacted] regarding this order.  That was the email address provided to us within the email we received.  To put a close to this matter, we are issuing a full refund ($33.25) to [redacted] and [redacted].  The refund will be processed and mailed to them within seven days.
