Recieved your email today. I understand that they do not stand by their products. Its obvious when a customer asks for a refund, I get a infomercial email in theirresponse. How silly. This was never about me making any claims about their product quality. Its aboutgetting my $44 refunded as a unhappy customer. A product never works foreveryone. It didnt work for me. Thats why companies have refund policies.Today April 5 2016, Iam requesting a $44 refund from Synergistic Nutrition. Nothing more. If you are not able to help me, say so. I will pursue this matter elsewhere. I want this complaint to stay the maximum amount of time allowed by Revdex.com.I sent you a postcard reflecting this.
