Review: On June [redacted], 2013 I ordered some Norell Body Lotion from [redacted] for $22.22. I was sent an email showing they received my info and payment. I later emailed back to ask when the product would be shipped out. I received no response at all from email. I then called the number provided, was an automated system. They did not return phone call. Well, now I have a bad feeling, so I looked them up on the Revdex.com website, and it said they were given an F rating, a whole bunch of bad things. They even provided a tracking number that guess what, says nothing about the order. So, I have contacted my bank, notified them what happened, they are conducting an investigation on this claim. The lady I spoke to at the bank, tried to call the merchant at the phone number, but she told me it was disconnected, and I said yes I know. I hope this company is put out of business, as they are taking people's money and giving nothing backDesired Settlement: Hopefully my bank(Bank of America) will get to the bottom of this soon, and get me my money back, and I hope that the Revdex.com will add my complaint to the list, further I hope this company will be put out of business

December **, 2014 I ordered one L’Air Du Temps Pure Perfume by Nina Ricci # [redacted] and two L’Air Du Temps Eau Du Toilette by Nina Ricci# [redacted].

The order was shipped on December **, 2014. When ordering you a very specific that [redacted] DOES NOT DELIVER TO PO BOXES. I do receive items shipped [redacted] at my home address. I do not receive any [redacted] mail at my home address. Therefore I did not provide my PO Box number in the shipping address. After placing the order and printing the conformation I saw the [redacted] tracking number.

My order arrived at the [redacted] Office in [redacted] at 11:03 AM on December **, 2014. A postal worker in [redacted] elected to return it to you instead of forwarding it to my PO Box. The [redacted] tracking report shows my order arriving the [redacted] sort facility in Flushing, New York, December **, 2014 at 2:49 AM. It was dispatched for delivery back to you on the same day at 5:50 AM.

I have sent you six emails and left at least 10 messages on you answering machine about the status of my order. I have received NO REPLY from you by telephone or email as to the status of my order! My patients have run out.
