We have responded to all request you have madewe also have accommodated on everything possiblewhen your heat didn't work he put in a heater, when you have emailed on your request we have responded in a timely matter, salvation army has assisted you with rentand no rent has not been paid for June or Julywe have done our part and there should not be any rebruismentwhen ac was leaking we went immediately to discover all of of all your burners and oven were onwhen asked you went to bedroom and closed the doorMaintman informed me today that when he was repairing your coils in ac he turned off breakers and you went right behind him and turned them onhe then told you he was working with electricity and to please not turn them on againif you would like to move you canthat is not a problembut I feel rebruisment will not be happening we have not be neglected our partand have done or are doing all we can. MS .*** has an outstanding balance due to her not paying her rent in a timely mattershe has spoken with my rosemary who is supervisor for the community.and she had made arrangement with her she still has not paid any money towards her balanceany money paid will go towards her balance
owedtherefore no concession will be made . thank you***

I am rejecting this response because: Yes they did move me into another apartment while the "repaired" the damaged the repairs consist of covering and paintingI still have a lot of damagedIf they were reachable during the fire incident as we all tried to get ahold of the fire department and all they would have heard the extent of the damageI don't understand how they feel as though the fire completely missed the a/c unitDuring our stay in the one bedroom I still had to pay rent for the two bedroom and no discount was given they simply removed my late fee charges which I am greatly appreciatedI called code compliance several time Mr*** came out in regards of them leaving my ceiling open where the unit is so that it can drip water on us in the shower cause it kept dripping water in the drip pan causing it to fall when that was fixed Mr*** did close the investigation but he was reached out to again cause the ac still is not workingI have filed a discrimination cause like I told the manager when she asked me while I filed it cause every time I went in there to file a report the proceed to speak Spanish and laugh as if my needs were no concernsand she understood and told me that she has asked her staff to reframe from speaking Spanish while dealing with the tenants and put it in reference to and I quote I understand its like when we go into the nail salon and they are speaking Chinese unquoteI am asking for Jan Feb Mar and Aprils rent I'm gonna send pictures and video through separate email

I am rejecting this response because:  I would greatly appreciate a list of or factual proof of these accommodatuons that I have asked for cause I'm in aware of anything I have asked of you guys beside my A/C so if possible please provide copies so that I am able to have a copy for my records as I  do with y'all when communicating reason behind my written statements or emails. Heater??? I also would like the proof of when the heater was installed which I'm sure you guys can provide cause I recall your front Lady taking a picture of the window unit y'all put. I mean no disrespect and don't want to out right call y'all liars cause that's neither here nor there cause this compliant is about my family and I having no A/C during these past few months and when we do have it its only for a few days to pass Mr. [redacted]s inspection. And as far as the unit dripping its water on us while in the shower and it being exposed like that cause for a period of time cause you guys were try to figure out what to do since it keep falling is completely out of line and unacceptable due to the hazards you nor I know what is in that water...but you find that okay for my son to bathe with. What would your reasoning be if he would have gotten sick. Or what is your reasoning going to be the next time one of these apts catch fire due to the lack of up keep and causes a life. That is careless and very um humane. Now on to the rent. I'm askimg for the rent that I paid y'all Jan, Feb, Mar, and April due to the living conditions being unbearable. I stated in the previous message my rent was paid for me May. Now June and July we have been trying to pay but due to you guys my casework has called and emailed as well as I have she spoke with the Lady in the front last week and she was suppose to fax a letter on letter heading to her which she never got. She continued to call and finally got ahold of y'all yesterday and the response she got when asked for the letter once again was and I quote "Oh my gosh I forgot I don't know how I forgot to do that I will get that to you as soon as possible". Unquote. So if you don't mind following up on that since its in topic. For just a split second I need you to step out of management role and come in tenant/mother(single mother at that) role and go over everything I have been through it my short time here and tell me how you would feel. I have been so calm and patient even through losing my job behind missing work for the fire, having to move back and fourth.  There is a reason why there are laws and regulations with apartments refer to the TAA. Caseworker number and email verification we been trying to give y'all rent for June and July

When Ms [redacted] had Fire she was relocated to a different unit that same day. she remained in 1042 to untill everything was completed.we had repainted entire apt. had housekeeper cleaned not only where fire was but the enitire apt from appliances, bathroom, fridge and Stove. Ms [redacted] had all...

fees waived and had received a 286 discount threwout these months, she had salvation army who had paid may and junes rent. she had even sent a discrimination suit saying that we favored hispanics , which Manzana Grove has 95% African American. we have everything completes. she even has a window unit . she emailed me on Monday 17th stating ac went out. Maint has been in formed. and is at her unit as I am responding to this compliant. she has never been left in a unhealthy environment. code compliance has been out and has closed her compliant out. I am current not in my office but I will send pictures of when unit had burnt and when unit was complete. I will also send code compliance reports. and all emails from ms [redacted]. Thank You [redacted]Community Director

Resident Fridge was completely changed out. she had also call code compliance and he found nothing wrong with fridge.
