Manzanita Gate Apartments

Manzanita Gate Apartments deliberately kept my entire rental deposit, wrongfully and purposely towed my car, and charged me for a carpet replacement when the carpet was in good condition. The apartment was returned in better condition than received in. I have video footage proving that Manzanita Gate deliberately are in the wrong. The maintenance staff member said the carpet was 2 years old and get replaced every 5 years. I want my money back!! manzanita Gate management is rude, unprofessional, and are a bunch of thieves.Desired SettlementI want the carpet replacement fee of 520 dollar and the 95 dollars for the wrongful towing. Business Response Carpet: Carpet was replaced due to pet urine. Roommate [redacted] was present for the final walk with maintenance supervisor. She witnessed the carpet being pulled back to display the pet stains. [redacted] signed the move-out form knowing she was being charged for carpet replacement. Photos in the office. Vehicle towed: During slurry seal resident parked in no parking zone. His vehicle was relocated to another area on the property. Photos available.At move-in resident paid $200 refundable pet deposit and $250 NON refundable pet deposit. His refundable deposit was applied toward new carpet. The pet was confined daily on the laundry room and very well potty trained .The maintenance personnel stated that the carpet might need to be replaced depending on office management decision. Never, did we know that we would be charged for the carpet. Management stated that the deposit would depend on the overall condition of the apartment . The carpet was washed and clean. Again I have a video proving that the carpet was in excellent condition. Do they pull the carpet back in every move out situation ? They didn't do that process of inspection the previous time We lived at manzanita gate 2012-2014. And how are they positive that the previous tenants didn't spill anything in the same area.
