Manzello Photography

My granddaughter graduated high school on Monday June 3rd. A few weeks before graduation I asked the school if there would be a photographer for graduation and I wanted to know who it would be. I was told no photographer this year. At graduation there was a photographer, the school had decided to hire one after all. I called school to ask who the photographer was and they told me Manzello. I then sent an e-mail inquiring when the photo's would be published on line so I could place an order and there was no response from the studio. I waited until Friday hoping each day that the photo's would be there as they had been when my older granddaughter graduated two years ago. I expressed my disappointment in an email and did state I would still like to purchase the photo but was disappointed I did not have it for her graduation party. At that time [redacted] asked who said the photos were going on line they were a pre-order. I expressed how hard that would be to buy photos site unseen but I still wished to purchase my granddaughters photo, she did look at the camera when receiving her diploma but, my nephew did not, so his photo would depend when it was taken, when he was looking at the person handing him his diploma or when he turned away. One I would buy one I would not. There has been no response. I am truly sorry I did not know about the pre-order but why not sell after. My granddaughter assures me she did not receive an order form.
