AutoCrafters is an amazing full service mechanic and collision repair center that keeps my family and our cars on the roadThey even offer a towing service and make it super convenient to set up a rental carDid I mention they also offer financing if the work is out of budget at the time? Every time I have been here they greeted us with smiling faces and the dogs in the lobby keep you a little bit of company also!

To Jump right in my car was not starting, before I started to throw money at parts trying to figure out what it could be, I decided to get it professionally Checked outAfter calling around different shops I stumbled upon AutocraftersGreg was friendly personable made you feel like you could trust himSo I had no problem having him take a look at my car to see what the problem wasDuring our phone call we agreed to do a DIAGNOSTIC CHECKAs stated before I need to figure out what is wrong with my carHe agreed with the Diagnostic Check and even stated he would waive $off my initial tow for it to get to his shopAs a customer I was ecstatic that he went over and beyond to help me outLittle did I know it was all a facade
So the Following Day when my car arrived in his shop he quotes me it is going to be $for a Fuel Pump ReplacementNow we all know it does not cost that much to replace the pumpEven with top of the line partsI know my car and what she carriesSo I kindly decline and state that I will pay for the DIAGNOSTIC CHECK and get it fixed elsewhereI just needed to make sure it was the Fuel Pump that was really the problem before I spent unnecessary moneySo I payed for my Diagnostic Check and let Greg Know that I am having a Tow company tow my car from his shop to a different mechanicHe agrees that this is Fine and said he will hand over the keys to them when they arrivePerfectThe Morning my car was supposed to be towed from Autocrafters to the new Mechanic he texts me stating that I have a remaining balance of $dollarsNow I am expecting to pay $because that is the remaining balance after the waived $off tow(TOW was 75) Immediately I ask were is this coming from and he states it is for the tow fee, I reminded he stated that he would waive $off the towHe then goes and states he never said that and says ONLY IF I SPENT $or more then he would waive itHe NEVER stated that I had to spend a certain amount for the towSo I refused to pay itHe then claims HE WILL NOT RELEASE MY CAR UNTIL I PAY THAT BALANCEI still refused and HAD TO CALL THE COPS to get my car out of his possessionThat in itself was a HOUR ORDEALFinally when the car finally is released and towed away to the other MechanicI get a call from my new mechanic stating AUTOCRAFTERS NEVER PUT THE PARTS THEY TOOK OUT BACK IN MY CAR FOR THE NEW MECHANIC TO FIXI call AutoCrafters, and they said they are not responsible for my parts STATING BECAUSE I DID NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AND SPEND OVER DOLLARS THEY WILL NOT PUT BACK ON THE PART THEY TOOK OUT! So I had to have the New Mechanic go over there and get my parts back for my carLong Story Short I will never ever ever ever ever be doing business with this place againGreg is a whack job that is inconsistent with his wordThis is not how you do businessYOU HAVE BEEN WARNED
I was pulled over by the owner of the shop on the way home from work and asked about repairing a dent I followed the owner to auto crafters He provided me estimates of the repair and asked if I had any other work to be done We discussed a few extra work items for the vehicle and I told the owner that as long as the work was reasonable and competitive with other shops that could do it I would be happy for them to do the work if they felt comfortable doing it No estimate was provided The vehicle was in the shop for over weeks and when I came to pick it up I asked and have continued to ask for a detail breakdown of the labor costs as they were far far higher than anything that could have been expected I felt compelled to pay to get my vehicle out of the shop despite not having any explanation of the labor other than "its custom" I contacted the owner to discuss work quality issues and again continued requesting a bill that breaks down the expense once I got home and was
Poor business ethics!! We had a great initial experience with them but when our car was returned after almost a month it had a huge dent in itMy fiance was the one who picked it up so I called and th* ***, ***, who told me that it did in fact happen while it was in their care but that they wouldn't fix it because it was not caused directly by themCome to find out that this had happened a while back and it was not communicated to us at the time that it happenedWe even stopped in the day before we picked it up and they didn't say a word! *** said that the day it happened everyone had been working on it and said it was a good thing that no one had gotten hurtHowever, he wasn't actually there when it happened, nor did he find out about it until the same day as us when we picked up the carI asked him why we only heard about the problem at the time of pick up and he said that he thought the tech, ***, had told us before and that that shouldn't have happened but that they still weren't responsibleWhen I questioned their communication because, His staff didn't inform him of the problem when it occurred, and they failed to notify the owners, he said "I'm not talking to youYou are not my customerDon't call back here again." and hung up on meThe paperwork we received had no notes about the dent whatsoever, and quite honestly I wouldn't be surprised if they fabricated the story to save themselves the cost of laborIf we had known we could have come to an agreement about something and paid to have it taken care of at while it was still at the shopInstead they tried to return it with the dent and tried to downplay the whole thingI get that accidents happen, but the deception is poor business ethics
