I recently visited the Mapco Express on *** and *** recently as I normally do for the last several yrs ...probably since they open I would love to thinkOn this day it was as usual in the evening when I had just got off of work from *** and picking my son up fromt he nearby schoolI went to the back of the store to retrieve a powerade from the fridgeLittle did I know the store manager whom I found out was a MAN dressed in women clothes was bending down doing something to be honestOnce I knew what it was I attempted to get caught up in a frivilous converation about how attractive I amI just just looked at the guy in disbelief that he would come at me with such sexual advanceI paid for my gas and the items I wanted from the storeI allowed my son to go ahead and get a couple of things since he was just getting out schools so what heckI immediately call my wife and tell her what just happen when my son come the door and say dad "that woman in the store told me that I was cute"i immediately ended the call because I knew that the guy wasnt a womanSo I ask for the manager and I being told that *** transexual was the D/MI could have died at that momentI tried to remain cool so I asked an employee for the telephone number to Mapco Express Corporate Office in Brentwood,TnThe Cashier provided me with a pen to write down the customer service number to no availHave that contacted me surely this is well within the ralm of possible police investigationWhen this guy have approached my son and sent me facebook requestMy wife even screenshot the sick stuff wow

They have very rude customer service in Louisville KY On Dixie hwyI will not do any business with them again *** the cashier was about the most offensive cash register person I've ever met

I love Mapco Mart rewards Customer service at store *** was terrible and disrespectfulCashier name Elizabeth at 7:amDate 9/30/I came in to purchase gas, after returning to the store to get my change the cashier refused to service me, She ask me to wait in line all over againI had waited in a long ling in the beginning I shouldn't have to wait againI said excuse me ma'am may I have my changeShe replied."wait in line There was only one lady in front of meShe over looked me and took someone else I have never felt so belitted in my lifeI asked for a managerElizabeth said ." Customer service is an important part of a business and today it was not at its best at your Kanis/John Barrow Location in LR,ARWhen walked in there was already a line at the cash register but no cashier everybody was waiting wondering if the cashier who was to busy fumbling with the cups and napkins at the drink station she finally said "just a minute" but then continued to work on the cups all while the other young lady I assume was the manager just sat there! When she looked in my direction she asked the cashier where the girl working the food was the cashier mumble someting then she got up to look for the person serving food the one serving food came out the back talking on her cell phone! Told person on the phone to"hold on" put phone down asked what I wanted reached for the tongs and waited on me! Didn't bother to leave her cell phone in the back or put it up and wash her hands and though she may have not been serving with her bare hands it would have been good hygiene! The store manager clearly saw customers waiting and never made an effort to help them and more customers were coming in.if the cashier was busy the manager should have stepped in to help not let customers stand around waiting for the cashier to finish tiding the drink station better yet the cashier could have stopped and took care of the customers first then returned to finish what she was doingThis is a business that deals with the public and though it may not be easy all the time GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ALWAYS GOOD BUSINESS! This is [redacted] and I'd like to commend Mapco on their prompt attention to my complaint about watching a cashier take all the silver out of the donation box and help this lady purchase a pack of cigarettes. A quick investigation was done. For that I thank you and I was trying to find the page I posted on but couldn't so here I am. You need to understand something, anyone in line would have thought the same thing....I have since been told you have a charity key on your screen and that is what she used and swapped a dollar on a cc but this is not a good practice for any company. I'm sorry. I started in convenience stores when I was 18 and became the youngest manager for a privately owned chain of [redacted] and [redacted] for over 10 years and I would NEVER of allowed this "appearance" to happen with, in front of, and using charity money. At the least they would be wrote up. Whenever I hired a new employee I told them this, "If it wasn't for the customer you wouldn't have a job." By what I saw that day.... your company almost lost a family of them. Please learn to keep your hands out of the charity boxes for customers....that's not what they are for and yes I do understand you empty them and put it under the charity key on the screen but I'll never put another dollar in again. Sorry. There shouldn't be any swapping and trading when it comes to these boxes and actually they should be locked!

Very very hateful employee Suzie at 3201 in Nashville Tn. Shes having a bad day so shes taking out on the guest. My mother in law ask her if they could do lottery and she threw a fit say how stupid are you I said our system for cash was down. First off you have no right to insult a guest no matter what kind of day your having. She needs to be fired I work at [redacted] and I will let everyone there know not to come to this place.

Mapco rainbow city Alabama beside public parking lot dirty employre not in store, no wash water or pa per towel at pumps for window cleaning and fluid check bathroom not clean and emplre charged wrong price for pall mall cigarettes. I was charged same price as Koop blue menthol but wasn't ararguing with her (cashier)

I think you need to replace the Mapco in Franklin, Ky. It is old and way to small. I go by the one in Portland and it is new and very big. A really good store. Ours in Franklin is to small and can't carry much product. A new one would do well in my opinion.

I'm at the Mapco address 1505 Brooks Road very rude person no name tag on really really rude today's date November 28th 2016 it 7:00pm she just lock the doors that's how you make money

I am reporting on #7516, my husband had the worse customer experience, some of the gas pumps had bags over them indicating that there was no more gas, this particular gas pump was not being use, so my husband went inside the establishment to ask the young lady if the gas pump was working...she said you see people out there getting gas, he replied I was just checking to see if the pump was working, she ask him if he had a problem at that point she had embarrass him in front of another tenant and some other customers who were in the store, when he finally gave her the phone number which was mine she told him that you always come in here with that number and my husband said its active right. She did not give him a receipt, but the other tenant waited on me and I have her transaction information, : 12/06/15 5:15pm pos 2-Kiara 2337 87, this is not the first time she was rude towards my husband. May I add my husband is 50+old and his oldest child is 35. No one deserves to be treated like this.. This young lady need to get a fresh course on how to better serve customers.
