We are truly sorry for the confusion that Ms *** has experiencedI believe it stems from her misreading our policyThe situation is exactly as she stated itWe did replace the bulbs to her when they were defecive for the period of the warrantyAs she states, and quite correctly, our warranty is "All [redacted] items come with a day refund guarantee and a day replacement warranty from the original date of purchase" She then goes on to say that nowhere does it state that it does not, in her terms, "roll over"However she is not reading the last six words of the statement she quotes"from the original date of purchase." this clearly states that the warranty starts from day one and does not go beyond the period statedHad she requested a refund during the first thirty days we would have complied with no questions askedWe did as she requested and replaced defective lamps undet the warrantyI am willing to refund her the addititonal shipping charges she encountered as a gesture of good willShe need only forward me a receipt for the shipping charge and we will refund that amountFreight costs to return the replacements to her were already paid by us We are sorry for her issue but take great pride in our years in business and always trying to resolve issues fairlyIn this case I recognize she is not happy and am willing to ease some of that cost by refunding her freight.J [redacted] Electrified Discoutners Inc

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: If they had not sent me defective products three times this would not be an issueMy money has been taken by a business that sells defective parts and then when their defects run the time limit out on the warranty they use the time limit excuseWhen I talked about the warranty I thought I had made it clear that no where did it state that replacement parts did not renew the warranty timeMy understanding is the warranty was for the original purchase, not the replacement partsI only know about it now because I was told when I tried to get the third defective part returnedI have had to deal with defective issues in the past with other businesses, and when they sent replacement parts they would put a new warranty on the replacement part I have never been told that I was out of luck because of a time issueI feel I have been scammed by a vague warranty and a business that sells defective partsI now have a television I can't use and all I get back is "your not getting anything else for your money." I paid cash and don't have receipts for the postage because I didn't expect to get reimbursed for itYou took $of my hard earned money and could care less that your problems with your product are causing me to be penalized Sincerely, [redacted] ***

I ordered a replacement lamp for my [redacted] TV and It came in the box defective The lamp did short out on the lead contacts and this company refused to change out lamp under warranty and I received it hours ago Do not buy from this company they will take your money and not do anything to help the customer

I am sorry to have read the statement from the customerWe have been in business for over years and pride ourselves on our follow through and customer serviceIn this particular case, the unit returned to us had none of the identifying marks or labels that we put on every item we selllThere are serial nuymebrs on the box, the unit and the bulbTheir is a warning label that states that all warranties will be void if it is removed for any reasonAll units that have origianl bulbs (which is what the customer purchased from us) are also stamped right on the bulb the original manuffactureres name which this did not have None of these markings which we scrupulously put on the unit were presentI am not accusing the customer of any wrong doingThis may just be a simple accident of his reutrning his original product that was defective instead of the unit we sent to himI do not knowI do know that the unit we received was not the unit we sent to himIf he wishes to resend the proper unit we will be more than happy to handle the warranty replcaementI am always available if he wishes to dicuss this personally but the action taken by our customer service people and reviewed by me seems totally correct and appropriate considering the situationthank you, James S [redacted] Vice President Electrified Discounters Inc

I ordered a [redacted] E-Series Replacement Lamp from Electrified.comThe lamp arrived in a timely fashionI had the Media company that installed my media system install the lampThe lamp is defectiveI paid $+ $shipping for the lampI called Electified.com to return the defective lamp and was told that I would not be reimbursed for any shipping chargesI was also told they would not pay for the now required 2nd service charge from my media company to install another lampSo in total I am out $for shipping plus $for another service callA total of $and I still do not have a working projectorI will not use this company again!!!

The statements of the customer are quite close to what the sitaution was however one major point of issue is that when the first call was made to us regarding the unit it was already out of warrantyMy customer service people always go the extra mile and since it was not long out of the time period they granted a "one time" final replacement for the defective at no chargeAccording to the customer this lamp was defective when received and perhaps it was or perhaps the television had other issues that we are not a [redacted] of like a bad ballast or power supplyHowever they were told at the time of our release of the replacement that we were doing it as a courtesy strictly in the name of customer service and would not able to offer any further service or replacement on this particular purchaseA request at this time for a refund is totally unreasonable as we only have a thirty day money back guarantee and the customer had used the item beyond the original warranty period before they even had an issueWe regret that we can offer no further assistance on this order

My recent experience with Electrified was horrible.First it took days to ship out my replacement lamp for my projector.It probably would've took longer if I didn't check my tracking and had seen it hadn't been shipped yet in would still be sitting here .....but they had already charged me and that's when the warranty starts! The lamp came from a third party in Illinois I believe and when I opened the box ,the wire connecting the bulb to the housing wasn't even attached.I called electrified and they e-mailed me a return address label and they said they wouldn't charge me for return postage this time(How nice of them)I sent the bulb back the same day I got it.I checked the tracking and it got back to them on Mon.July 6thI called on tues.July 7th to inquire about the refund and they said they would send it right outI did not receive the money in my [redacted] account until Mon.July 13th.I will never do business there again! Beware of venders that get their merchandise from 3rd parties!

The product they sent to us was not a good quality itemThey have an [redacted] store and their whole item description page is dedicated to bragging about their merchandise and they go so far as to claim that the "E" rated replacement bulb for my [redacted] TV under goes stringent quality checks and I quote "Every E and O Series lamp or bulb undergoes stringent quality checks to guarantee the Highest Performance and Long Life expectancy." However, after purchasing a "new" bulb from them I received an item that was barely brighter than the one I had that was going badIt was so dim I still had to have the lights off to see the screen clearlyThis was my first and last experience with this company everThey require me pay for return shipping on their faulty item that they guaranteed to meet oem specifications and qualityIt was and is a complete rip offI would not recommend this company to anyone, they sell sub par quality items while claiming they are superior in quality, that is advertisement!

Hello, We are sorry to hear that the customer had a major issue with their TV that caused a fireWe do not believe that is was caused by the lampThe lamp he purchased is our biggest selling lamp for most of the years that we have been selling lamps and have never had an issue with it or any other lamp that we sell causing a fireThere are many parts to a TV that can cause issuesWe had already sent him other lamps that he had problems with in his TV which shows that the issue could be with his TV and not the lampWe do show on our website under the terms and conditions the following: Electrified shall not be liable or responsible for any damages caused by any defects in material or workmanship of any of the Products, including but not limited to any consequential, incidental or special damages Under the circumstances and out of courtesy we did go ahead and give him a full refund for the lamp on 5/11/We do not believe that we should be responsible to give him any other compensationAll of our lamps are the highest quality generic lamps on the market and they are all tested before they are shipped to us Larry K [redacted] Electrified Discounters
