After Ms*** vacated the apartment known as *** ** *** *** *** **, stains in the dining room carpet and stains in the living room carpet were noted. Said carpet was replaced and we have attached the invoices for said carpet. Ms*** was charged the pro-rated value of
the carpet of $281. No previous damage had been documented for said carpet by Maple Crest Apartments. Ms*** was given a Move In Inspection form upon move in on which to document any damage she observed. We have no record of said document being returned to us. Maple Crest Apartments does not perform move in or move out inspections with residents, nor are we required toWe have no record of Ms*** providing a written forwarding address as required by her lease. Although we were not required to, we attempted to have the post office forward a copy of Ms***'s Move Out Analysis to her, but it was returned to us.
