we purchased the [redacted] gas stove on august 18/16.Aproximatley weeks late the oven quit workingI called Maplegrove Appliances the next business dayI was told that they would repair the problem...Since the first call I have haD NUMEROUS CONVERSATIONS AS WELL MY BOYFRIEND HAS BEEN TO THE BUISNESS TO FIND WHY THE OVEN HAS NOT BEEN REPAIRED...the feedback I have gotten is that the part is backordered because of the mail strike which there was no strike ...so I called my appliance guy after approximately weeks of waiting and he said that he had just ordered that specific part and had it in day...I have since called maplegrove appliances Brantford and told them that I had the problem fixed and would like them to pay the bill...he told me to go to [redacted] that he will not pay the bill...the bill is how do I get this business to pay the bill...I have had nothing but run around from them since my first call...even promises that they had the part and would be at my home between the
