I dont agree with the business at allWhen I brought my ring to them all of my stones were in my ring and NONE of them were missing at allI have pictures to prove this to them along with my receipt of when I brought it and that it arrived to my house that dayI never agreed with there store sales lady, once she handed me my ring back I left there store putting it in my box ( assuming that my ring was fine and in the same condition that I it was when I handed it to her to check my stonesWhich was with none of my stones missing at all.) The girl who had blond hair working the next day even said to my niece and I that she isnt even trained to be checking my stonesIf that is the case then why did she take my ring in the first place and start poking around at my stones? She should of said im not trained to do thisThen she put my ring in an ultrasonic jewerly cleaner knowing that my ring has pave set side stones and shouldnt be put in one, cause the pressure of it can knock them loose or make them fall outI had to pay $to have my one stone replaced and this shouldnt be my responsibilityIm not the one who wrecked my ringPlus I had to put up with your store associate going off on my niece and I the next day with her threats to us. If Revdex.com wants me to mail them all of my before and after pictures, my sales reciept and delivery reciept, plus the reciept of what it cost me to have fixed I will mail it out to them. I want them to rebuse me for what it costed me to have my side diamond replaced, which was $
