We had to have *** come out and sprayed and it cost 1,800 dollars. We had to act fast and get alone and get it done cause my youngest daughter couldn't go back to school until we did. Well my husband called the office and spoke to the park manager which mind you was vert rude about it and discussed our situation in front of others in the office that shouldn't of heard any of it. So she said there is nothing we can do about it. You should of came to us first and ours only cost 500 dollars. She said thet don't take care of bills. We rent they are in charge of that bill. We are not happy about it. This place is no good to live. They dont take care of it out here. They dont treat you the best.

I am in receipt of customer complaint ID # -*** regarding a manufactured home rented by *** at Maple Grove Estates. The property is managed by ***
There are two issues here. First, Ms. is a renter of this home. Therefore she does not have the authority to grant approval for repairs from outside sources. We had absolutely no conversation with her, or knowledge of, any problems. In addition, she does not work for or represent Maple Grove Estates. She should have notified us prior to committing herself. *** was hired by her without our Knowledge, and she is responsible.
The second issues involves culpability. The home they are leasing is a 2014, 3 bedroom 2 bath home. They have resided there for well over a year, moving in November 1st 2018. If they attracted bed bug in our home then it is their responsibility to treat it.
Lastly, I take umbrage with her description of our community. We take pride in taking care of things. We have invested nearly $1,000,000 in new homes in the past 5 years, as an ongoing effort to upgrade.
Although I have no liability for this bill, as a gesture of good will, I agree to credit her account $600.00.
