Business refuses arbitration through Revdex.com......as stated in past we have gone out of our way to assist this consumer & willtake necessary action per our contract to protect our interest in the collateral

Thank you for the call as noted Revdex.com did not have the correct email address therefore we were not aware of the Revdex.com complaint As per our conversation I will be faxing myAG response which sums up this issue In addition....there is no reason to discuss [redacted] with this consumer as she does not listen nor understand Our relationship with [redacted] may be different than other dealerships & I do not know who she spoke with To sum this up....We do not submit [redacted] @ time of purchase nor do we submit claims on the spot These arespecial arrangements with [redacted] & do not affect the consumer We have replaced the engine and as stated in the AG response we addressed the overheating issue & oil leakage There was an issue with the fans regulating theheater & ac unit, both have been repaired, no cost to the consumer We were never able to locate an oil leakage issue while the vehicle was in our service shopThere is $ded + any miscellaneous parts not covered under *** As explained in the AG response, total came to $& Maple Leaf Motors, in a GOOD WILLeffort, paid $as the first engine sent to us was f*ty & therefore took longer to replace than usual Her amount due is $which as of today she has refused to pay stating [redacted] issues...? What [redacted] issues..? We replaced the engine, took care of all issues & she owes the $165.82.Furthermore, we will be mailing a letter to Ms [redacted] informing her she is not welcome on this property This is due to the ongoing complaints and horrific treatment by Ms [redacted] to all employees, which will not be toleratedShe has verbally abused every employee here & refuses to pay for work completed on her vehicle

Revdex.com:
I have finally received my money back after long daysDonna at Maple Leaf Motors, whom I was trying to work with, was not helpful at all, & still will not take responsibility for it being their merchant services who made a mistake in keeping track of my money once I made a payment with Maple Leaf so I hope that they can get whatever issue that they had resolved so that this doesn't become an issue for a future customer.
Sincerely,

Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because:nobody seems to care about the way maple leaf motors lies and cheats consumers out of their money by the shady dealing they do to sell their carsNow after refusing my car payment when I went in to pay it on the third of augthey repoed my car because they are acting like I was late on my paymentIm sure this is there practice and procedure that they do to honest consumers who can so anything to stop the greedy dealership and im also sure my car will be up for sale again on thwir lot so they can make more money of itI have all the proof needed if they would be made to do the arbitration that ive been requesting cause they know exactly what they have been doing by scaming me plus what condition the car was in when they sold it to meSo do they just win again without being held responsible like in so many of all the other coplaints from others that ive read and anyone else would know if they read them toMaple leaf know how to work the system and they know exactly how the attorney general and you the Revdex.com works by knowing how far both will go before nothing further can been done to help the consumerJust like refusing the arbitration refusing it ends any hope for me to win back my disibility money and show really the ways in which maple leaf does to consumer like me and many more before neThe laws arent for us consumers really now are theyI still want a arbitration and nothing elseI have nothing left maple leaf took all scammed me out of all my money and now my car too just like they planned onCan I get a arbatration please I cant afford a attorney and they know that tooSomeone needs to really be on the consumers side for once and help us .Sincerely,*** ***

Ms *** is not stating facts...she simply states what she assumes she hearsHer Credit Union is in the process to complete a charge back if necessary on this matter FACT: Maple Leaf Motors does not have these funds. Transaction was voided immediately and unfortunately this is out of our hands whereas her Credit Union and the Visa Merchant Service Department are working on a resolution. I have attached copies of the transaction debit return which by the way Ms *** has had iin her possession the entire time. Again hopefully she will stop with the accusations and rely on her Credit Union to complete the process

Complaint: ***
I am rejecting this response because: my credit union has provided all documents to Maple Leaf Motors stating that the money left my account and has yet to returnThe only people who could have it are on the dealership's sideThere are no pending transactions with my bankAs soon as my card was swiped, the money left my accountI bave spoken extensively with my bank regarding this issue, while Maple Leaf Motors has not been helpful at all and they are the only ones who would benefit from this situation as I have had no problems with my bank in all the years that I bave been with them, but nothing but problems with this dealershipThey are the ones that I paid so they should be the ones to retun my money which they haven't doneAnd when I asked Maple Leaf to provide me with any documentation of their claims, they refusedThey have not been willing to work with me in this situationI should not have to waste my time and energy going back and forth with this company and because of this sitatuon I am prevented from obtaining a vehicleAt the end of the day, it is my money and I would like it to be returned.
Sincerely,

First and foremost we would like to say that Maple Leaf Motors is not holding onto $nor did we scam this individual out of her Visa transaction. We have been dealing with accusations and negative reviews on all forms of social media which can be deemed slanderous. I have been
in contact with our bank & Visa Merchant Services whereas all information was then provided to her Credit Union. The Visa transaction in question was immediately voided as this consumer changed her mind in the middle of the purchase. This means that Maple Leaf Motors did not receive $1200, it went into a pending status. Her credit union had the option to cancel or post this transaction and even after we provided all our information, they chose to process itAt this time there are no funds in our bank or present with our Visa Merchant Services. I spent an enormous amount of time & effort to resolve this matter unfortunately her Credit Union is the one who can credit her account, not Maple Leaf Motors. Our Merchant Services has this matter flagged and if any other transaction appears regarding the $they will contact us, however as stated they show the transaction immediately voided which this consumer has admitted and it's apparently stuck within her Credit Union process. We would also appreciate she remove her accusations and negative reviews on social media as we have followed the process diligently to resolve this matter for her

Complaint: [redacted]Explanation of complaint:I have a 30 month contract for a 98 Saturn SL2 totaling $9,997.20. I brought a extended warranty for $999.00. Brought the car on 03/16/2013 on 04/22/13 had to get a new transmission some time after that I had to get a new engine and starter. Took the car in Around 03/02/2015 was told I need another transmission. They said my warranty expired so to get it fixed I would need $2000 or I could buy A 2000 ford for $4700 take my car and about $400 for a down payment. We asked if we could get something newer and to lower our $300 payments was told could not do it. Then we were offered another lemon that look worse than what I already have we declined. We ask if they could drain transmission fluid was also told no. Sept was end of contact I should owe 3 more payments for Sept, late fees, and the option of skipping a payment. Was told no I owe $2400 I have 8 more months because of interest and fees that would make me to be paying 3 years for the car. On 08/15 they reported I owed $2459 which I disputed with the credit union. And I have made a payment since and they are still saying I owe $2400 that can't be. I spoke with them and told them they have been doing things without my knowledge there is no new contract that I agreed to anything they been doing with my money it's obvious they have not been applying it to my car payments. I feel I have been sold a lemon and been taken advantage of by a Ponzi scheme and not treated fairly for a car that is so old. I had it for over 2 yrs and have had to have 2 transmissions plus a engine if I didn't buy the extended warranty I would of definitely brought a lemon according to Washington State Lemon Law. Can mail in any document needed. Thank YouI am rejecting this response because:Sincerely,[redacted]

Maple Leaf Motors charged $3699 for the 98 Saturn sold on 3/16/13...Including tax/lic/doc fee Warranty /Gap & LDW the contract was 30 mo @ $303.24...Contract with [redacted] (in house finance for MLM) still has $2400 balance due to fact customer paid late 14 times=$424...had 5 reduced...

pmts resulting in additional interest & has not completed the 30 mo contract which actually was due 6/2015.    The warranty covered the $2700 transmission job & out of pocket for customer was $100+misc parts that are not covered.  This vehicle is 17 years old & when we were approached earlier in the year about another transmission the customer refused additional work as they did not wish to invest any more $ & the warranty was expired as it was 18 mo/18K mi.
Customer facts are not correct.....30X303.24 =$9097.20 total pmts of the 30 mo contract which again has not been paid.  Had this customer made all payments on time there would be no balance due  and there would have been no additional fees or interest.
We do not take lightly false accusations of Ponzi scheme or predatory practice as MLM has been in business 30 years with minimal complaints however as we know you can't please everyone however had the customer not purchased the warranty they would have had $2700+ out of pocket expense vs a $100+ deductible.
If customer would like to offer one lump sum $2000 to settle we will agree to accept however only if settled immediately as not only in this account in arrears the contract has expired.

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:
I do not except maple leaf motors response to my complaint. Nor will I tolerate. Their lies about condition of my car plus lies they are stating about my treatment towards them. The owner Bill H[redacted] should instead of claiming hes been in business for 30 years learn how to be honest not lie and treat his customers like customers instead. He knowd hes lieing out right about my treatment towards them.and knows its really he who has been very disrespectful arguementative plus verbablly abussive towards me and I have proof of all with a recording that I made the day I went in once again to have my cars problems looked at and also to ask for copies of receipts on parts misc their claiming I owe above my deduct of 100. The owner himself told me to get out of his office then what I think is being threatening when he stated I was gonna bush wrong button whis I asked how and his comment to me was I was [redacted] him off. He stated also that no I could not get copies of their receipts and that he didnt have to give mee his receipt. Before I pay anything I want proof that work was really done and parts were really bought and thats my right plus if maple leaf wasnt trying to be dishonest by hiding facts I would have been given all that when I picked up car . im feeling im being over charged and dont actually owe the amount their saying. The recording of our conversation that day is very clear on the fact that im very calm about things and with him.. Yet on the other hand it showhow angry the owner is bing with and towarsby stating im goona bush rhe wrong button and wheni asked hou he stated that I was [redacted] him off. Ive been told to get out oftheir office ive been told I cant have copies of work done on car or was she gonna give me anything all of this ive been told was from the mean fore financial ladt. I was alao refused told that the werent gonna except my payment til I paid the repair charges. I told her I wasnt paying til I was given some kind of proof then she threatened me with the statement of I was about to get my car taken from me. Let me stress that I have never been late on one of my car payments even though its been in their shop more than its been in my possion since I bought it. Why would they take my car for wanting receipts and is that really legal. All im demanding is my rights to have my car fixef and fixed properly and if they cant do that do to already knowing condition of car before sold it to me just take it back and refund my disibility money. I asked her again if she was refusing my aug payment and she stated. Get off the property take the car somewhere else cause their done with it and no there not taking anything from me.I paid for a extended warranty when I got car for 999 ive tried calling them with help and questions but to noaveil. Something is going on with [redacted] that is leading towards fraud.I mean with maple leaf motors and its not right I cannot get any help from [redacted]. My warranty company due to maple leaf not providing [redacted]. With the documents needed to process my acct. [redacted] stated to me on the 3rd of aug that maple leaf motors did not follow proceedures right by getting approval before doing work first. Fore financial very rudely asked mewhy I was calling [redacted] to begin with and that I shouldnt be calling them at all about anthing cause it had nothing to do with them that it was between maple leaf and me. I have every right to call [redacted] due to the fact that I purchased their warranty and not maple leaf motors. Fore financial and maple leaf motors are trying to hide something by notsubmiting the claim for the work they said they did on car which totals 2700. I feel im being frauded by them knowingly selling me this car in the condition and with all its existing problems that they knew about and that im struggling with now and have struggled with since driving it off there lot. [redacted] informed me that maple leaf motors would not be submitting any claims for work done due to them taking care of it themselfs. Im asking why??. What honest dealershipwould not want repayment for work that they did? Could the real reason be that maple leaf really doesnt have proof to show work was done and receipts for parts bought?   I shouldnt continue to have the same issues and problems like the car was having before the engine was changed would I if it was truelly done right. They state the new motor cost over 1000 and yet wont and havent to thos day told me how many miles it has on it. Ive asked tjem and called them repeatedlly about that. The car wasnt fixed properly and nothong is different with problems except mow their getting worse. It still leaks oilbad of which I have pictures to prove it yet maple leaf always states when they have it they dont ever see any lakage. Isnt that funny. Plus it still over heats and smokes bad. It runs worse and im worried ill be tranded somewhere soon due to it brakeing down for good soon. Im just asking not for you to let them get away with their deceptive dealings with another customer and give me my arburtration and prove to everyone what dishonest. Cheating cosumersand lieing about. The condition of the cars there about to pawn off on an unexpecting cistomer. Instead of maple leaf motors always stateing how they have been in business for 30 years they should learn how to be honest respectinle dealers to the cistomers to have kept them in business so long. And. Start thanking them by selling decent dependable safe running vehicles for their hard earned money.
Sincerely,[redacted]
