IN response to the above Case We went out on 08/24/for Air conditioners not workingWe repaired the Master Bedroom Unit with a new condenser fan motor and hard start kitThe Condenser coils were 90% clogged with dirt,
The Second unit
(Kitchen had a bad compressor Grounded" not repairableWe then gave Mrs*** a proposal to install a new ton CondenserEight days later she called us and said the master bedroom unit was not workingWe found a loose Control Voltage wiresCut wires and used new wire nuts to make sure unit was cooling, She was very short with my Technician and would not let him to other side of home where the Kitchen Unit was
Mrs*** then called Maple Leaf and told *** ***, General Manager that the kitchen unit was ok and needed no parts and that she wanted some money back on master bedroom unit repair due to the fact that we used inferior parts
That means she had another company out and berated our work, also not letting us on kitchen side of house most likely she had a new Unit installed by another company
WE always warranty our work and went back to her house eight days later @ no charge
I feel that Maple Leaf did nothing wrong to warrant a call to the Revdex.com,

I called Maple Leaf days after the faulty repair, not daysThe "repaired" unit was working intermittently before then and I waited to call because I wanted to be sure that the unit was indeed again failingThe second unit was returned to operating status by another repair company with no new parts and no new condenserMaple Leaf is welcome to come out and inspect to see that this is trueMaple Leaf's diagnosis that the condensor needed to be replaced for $was erroneous and certainly warrants a report to the Revdex.com
