Maple Leaf Rentals (MLR) did not fulfill  obligations of the contract, to wit, incomplete check off list of condition of the house before tenant moved in, no photos of house before move in as promised, and failure to adhere to the terms of the contract regarding our right to terminate same at any time. We paid our obligations in full because we wanted to terminate as was our right per the terms of the contract and MLR refused and threatened to call his lawyer, forcing our hand to hire our attorney for a fee of $325. We wouldn't have had to cancel if the services promised were delivered.
