Review: I started receiving bills from this company for $75.00 over a year ago. I promptly called them to advise them that I was not nor have I ever been a patient there. I was told someone would look into it, I never received a call back. I received more bills and I called the billing manager who advised me I would still be responsible?? I asked how she said because an appointment was made. I told her I did not make an appointment, so there must be a mixup, she too said she would get back to me but never did. Then I received a letter from a collections agency stating I had to pay 75.00 for the same missed appointment. I have never been to this office, I did not schedule an appointment (I have a doctor that I have been with for over 10 years). and I work for a large Medical Practice, where I am seen for free.. I could not miss an appointment I did not make. I did not receive any phone call to confirm any appointment, then I would have alerted them earlier about their mistake. I do not owe this company any money, I want the charge removed from my credit. I don't know what there policy is because I did not sign anything explaining it to me,Desired Settlement: Remove the charge from my credit report and take the loss of your 75.00 incorrect charge

This patient's account was sent to our outside Collection Agency in error. Our Collection Agency follwed their normal collections process and the account was reported to the Credit Bureaus.

We have contacted our Collection Agency with regards to this issue. This account has been cancelled and we have received written confirmation, from our Collection Agency, stating that the Credit Bureaus will be contacted to remove this charge from the patient's credit report. The same has been forwarded to the patient, for their records.
