The vehicle was sold as is FYI.But we sent it to Turnersville nissan on 11/21/and they replaced the rear osensor which we paid for.As far as we know customer is satisfied.Sorry we did not answer sooner I thought this was taken care ofRegards, [redacted] Controller

Dear [redacted] I am responding to the complaint by [redacted] in reference to her Mazda CX3. She had these problems with her air conditioning system as she she said in her complaint. The Mazda CX-3 is a new model and we quite frankly have had very few problems with them. Mazda...

recognizes that there is a problem and had us relace all the component of the air conditioning. We have been working with their technical team as to what to do with the vehcle. We gave [redacted] a exact duplicate car to drive while Mazda analyze the problem, and instructed us what to do in each step of different repair procedures. There has been no monetary cost to our customer at all because the vehicle is under factory warranty. She has mentioned lemon law, this is something she can get help with thru an attorney who specializes in that law. We will cooperate to the fullest by all the supporting documents and repair orders to help her accomplish her goal, but we or the manufacturer does not assist in lemon law.  Please let me know if there is anything I can do to assist you. Service DirectorPeter J[redacted]Turnersville Mazda

The vehicle was sold as is FYI.But we sent it to Turnersville nissan on 11/21/2014 and they replaced the rear o2 sensor which we paid for.As far as we know customer is satisfied.Sorry we did not answer sooner I thought this was taken care of. Regards,[redacted]Controller

I had a talk with all my employees who had something to do with [redacted] Mazda 2004 RX-8. The young lady that first took her call told her $130.00 plus tax before she understood that there were more issues with the vehicle. it was coming in for a no start condition and a check engine light....

We later found out the it was flooded which may or may not get involved with internal engine problems. You see the RX-8 is a rotary engine and only mazda dealers have the right tools and equipment to properly diagnose the issues. The vehicle was towed in and it was written up by the service adviser, who also found 3 recalls were needed on the vehicle. Two were seat belt recalls, and one was for the fuel ring on the fuel tank to inspect for leakage. We performed both the air bag recalls and inspected ring and all was ok. Our standard fee for RX-8 with multi-concerns like this is $360.00 or 3 hours of labor at $120.00 an hour. She started to say she was quoted $130.00 but was corrected by our service adviser about the extent of the diagnosis. First we had to try to deflood the engine pull the plugs and clean the fuel out of the chambers. Then we had to perform a compression check on the engine with special equipment that tells us whether the engine has bad compression and it did. I have attached a copy of the signed repair order, authorizing the charges of $360.00, and a copy of the final invoice explaining the charges and a copy of warranty repairs that we performed at no charge, under warranty. I also attached the read out of the compression tester, stating bad compression in engine.I am very sorry if there was a misunderstanding but Mrs. Callahan could have refused at the time of write up and signing of the repair order before work was started. She did authorize the repairs and we did spend the time to get her car properly diagnosed.Thank you in advance and please feel free to contact me with any questions.SincerelyPeter J[redacted]Service DirectorTurnersville Mazda

Review: Visited Dealer to purchase a certified 2010 miata. I was trading a 2001 mazda miata and was given a $4000 trade-in offer. It was evening and wanted to think about it so left the dealer.

Called the salesmen the next day and told him I'd like to get $4700 for the trade. He asked me to bring the car in so they could have a mechanic check the car. I went to the dealership and spent over 2 hours while they checked the car. They gave me a new trade-in offer of $4200. The owner of the dealership was involved in the appraisal. It was late in the day and I had an appointment so I told them that I still wasn't happy with the new offer.

The next day, I decided to do the deal with my trade-in allowance of $4200. The sales person started taking my credit application when his sales manager called him to his desk. The sales manager informed him that the owner of the dealership changed his mind on the trade-in allowance and didn't want to put my trade on his lot. He changed the $4200 to $1500. Needless to say, I was not happy. The sales manager left the dirty work of telling me all of this to the poor salesmen who could do nothing.Desired Settlement: I would like the dealership to honor their commitment to a $4200 trade-in on the purchase of the certified 2010 Mazda Miata.

Review: I purchased a used 2004 Nissan Sentra from Turnersville Mazda. When I drove the car for a test drive, the "Check engine light" was on. The Sale person, [redacted], indicated that the Dealer was well aware that the Check Engine light was on and that the light was on because it needed an O2 sensor which was on order. As part of the agreement of sale it was agreed that the O2 sensor would be repaired before I drove the car off the lot. I was told the repair was made and I purchased the car based on this assumption. Over the next week the check engine light came on again. I returned to the Dealer to have it checked out and it was the O2 sensor. They kept the car for about a week and claimed to fix the problem. WE used the car for a week and the light came on again. The dealer asked us to bring the car back. We returned the car and they checked it out and said they would need to send it to the Nissan dealership next door. We agreed and then returned it again, We were advised that the Computer had to be completely reset and it was fixed. We used the car again and a few days later the light came on. They want us to bring the car back a fourth time for the same repair. Each time we brought the car to them it took 90 minutes to travel to the dealership, 90 minutes home and then 90 minutes back down to pick it up and then 90 minutes back to pick it up. Additionally we had to rent a car while they kept it. When I purchased the car they agreed to fix the issue and I was not prepared to make 4 or 5 return trips for an item that was promissed to be fixed. I have been patient and reasonable in spite of these circumstances. They need me to bring the car again and I asked if they could please loan me a car and was denied.Desired Settlement: I need the O2 sensor to be repaired once and for all. I cannot continue to be inconvenienced by the Dealership. We made a deal at the time of sale that the O2 sensor would be fixed. I am asking for a loaner car so that I can bring the car to them for the 4th time for the same repair. I think they are being unreasonable and uncooperative as it relates to loaning me a car. I have full insurance and can cover the loaner car. The repair should have been made the first time , second time, third time. Now a 4th visit for same issue. This is unacceptable. On a side note, I was told by the salesman [redacted] when I called the first time that they wouldn't be able to stand by the O2 sensor because they hardly made any money on the sale and I got a great deal on the car. There is some type of attitude that exists there that they are putting themselves out for me when I am the customer and did not receive what they told me I would get - a repaired O2 sensor
