Review: [redacted] came to my property to clear timber, did not have a contract, nor is he licensed to do so, (I was not aware of this) I paid him cash, $12,000.00 to clear timber and lot. He agreed, took money and never finished the job. He stole my timber, never cleared the lot as agreed and left my lot in a total mess. I have contacted an attorney to sue him for work not finished. This is costing me time and money. [redacted] lied to me on several occasions, I have kept all text messages and written agreements where he promised the work would be done. He is a liar and a thief.
