Review: I purchased a subscription with the Maplegate Media Group for [redacted] magazine. I received a few issues and the subscription stopped. I emailed customer service inquiring about the my missing subscriptions. Customer service responded with an apology and promised to send the missing issues. Months went by and still no subscriptions. I email customer service once again and they find the subscriptions were not sent out. Customer service promised to send the subscriptions again along with an extension for additional magazines for the trouble. Months passed by and still no subscriptions. I have emailed customer service with no response now.Desired Settlement: I would like the magazine subscriptions fulfilled along with with the additional magazines promised. If the company cannot delivery upon their commitment and promise, I would like a refund.
