I ordered a CD on June 24th and have not yet received itI emailed Maple Music on 25th July asking for an update and received no responseI've since messaged them twice more and still nothingThey also ignore [redacted] and [redacted] messagesThey've taken payment of the CD from my credit card, and it doesn't look like I'll ever receive itShocking customer service! Absolute shamAvoid!!!!

I am disappointed in this online companyI placed an order with them as it is the site used by the Tragically Hip gift shopThe shipping costs are extreme - an extra $for the most basic shipping on a single mugAfter ten days and two phone calls to the company my item still had not been "processed for shipment" even though my credit card had already been billed

I ordered the new [redacted] CD through the [redacted] ***s 'Gift Shop' (redirects to Maple Music) on June 17, Today is July 14th and I still have not received the CDI sent an email to Maple Music on July 8th and I have not received a responseMy credit card has already been charged and when I call Maple Music it goes to a voice messageI'm thinking about calling [redacted] and reporting this transaction as fraudulent

I received a [redacted] tour poster from Maple Music that was shipped in a flimsy tube and damaged during shippingI immediately notified them by email and returned the poster to them as per their instructions (and at my cost), requesting a replacementThey have had the damaged poster for over a month now according to postal trackingDuring that time they have not once responded to multiple emails and phone messages requesting a status updateGuess I have no choice but to dispute the charge with my credit card company

I ordered a Tragically Hip t-shirt on Aug 18, it took 3 weeks to receive my order. The t-shirt quality is very poor - the material is VERY thin, and the fit of the shirt is very small & tight. The colours of the shirt are also not as shown the MapleMusic.com website. The shirt I received has more of a purple hue, and the blue bottle cap logo is a very saturated blue colour as opposed to the faded blue on your website.

On top of that, the shirt I received also has 50 % polyester, 25% cotton, and 25% rayon, but their website lists 65% polyester and 35% cotton. I can't wear shirts with rayon due to skin sensitivity.

I contacted the company by phone, email and Facebook saying 'd like to return the shirt as it is not satisfactory, and I don't feel that I received the product as shown and described on their website, but I've yet to hear back from them. Very poor customer service.
