Mr. [redacted] was told about the estimated cost for the oil change and brake inspection prior to any work being done. Mr. [redacted] came in after the services were done and paid his bill, left the shop, and then came back into the store and demanded to...

speak to the owner. Unfortunately with his personality, it was a lose lose situation. At that time, we were unable to have a calm conversation about his misunderstanding. The service manager did contact Mr. [redacted] the next day, and again we were unable to have a reasonable conversation. To resolve this matter, we have chosen to refund Mr. [redacted]'s thirty dollars and wish him well.

I will accept my $30.00 refunded to my account, but do not accept their expanation of how this was handeled.
First I was not unreasonable when speaking with owner or service manager. Also, I contacted the service manager the next day, he did not contact me.
I would like my name (Mr. [redacted]) removed and I would like to be refered to as the customer.
Thank you for your help in this matter.
