Christiana Auction Gallery will not be issuing Mr. [redacted] a refund on his item that was purchased at auction on 2/4/16.He purchased a hand signed Barack Obama first edition book. the opportunity to viewthis book in person before purchasing, as well as asking additional questions, and if needed additional photos before placing a bid. He thought this book was something else and made claims our listing was incorrect. I asked him to kindly send the item back and we will double check and confirm if the information in the listing was incorrect. Upon receiving the returned book, we again examined the book, which clearly states "First Edition". I then also called the publishing company to confirm. I emailed Mr. [redacted] and told him we will be mailing his book back to him at no charge as the listing was described accurately.His tracking number is [redacted] via USPS. Since then the tracking information confirms the book was returned and signed by him on 2/26/16
