Maplewood Terrace Apartments

Complaint of garbage removal - we were experiencing much trouble with our former collection service. They would pick up a week then skip a couple weeks then pick up again then skip a week and so on. Due to the untimely pick ups of our former company we now have a new company servicing that location....

The dumpsters were indeed removed from the property but the property location was only without dumpsters for less than 24 hours. The old dumpsters were picked up approximately st 2pm and new ones were brought in st noon the following day. The issue has been resolved completely with the new company.  Laundry area complaint- we have cleaning arranged for weekly cleaning. This location went 2 weeks without cleaning at this particular time due to a hospital stay by the person whom cleans this location. The issue has been resolved and is being cleaned weekly.  Washing machine out of service- the coin slots on one machine was jammed due to someone trying to put a Canadian quarter in it. There are 2 washers and 2 dryers in the laundry area of the location so no one was without ability to do laundry. The washer was fixed within the week that this happened. Issue has been resolved
