I am rejecting this response because according to the lease, *** and I were suppose to do a CHECK OUT/WALK OUTThat was never
done. I simply returned my key in person and that was it. I requested several times during the years that I lived there to have the blinds replaced, she never replaced the blinds during the years I lived there; furthermore, the damage of the blinds was not to the extent of her picture when I moved out. I HAVE INCLUDED PICTURES BELOW. I received one free carpet cleaning every year around June or JulyI never had my carpet cleaned before I moved outOut of the years I lived there, my carpet was never replaced due to wear and tear, the carpet should have been replacedI MADE A BULLET LIST BELOW EXPLAINING THE PICTURES. Cleaned kitchen when moved outCleaned bathroom when moved outDid not clean tub due to dangerous mold caused due to ongoing ceiling leak in apartment/picture of mold in tub, that was my shower curtain I threw in the tub because the mold was so DISTGUSTING AND REPULSIVEI had even gotten sick from it during the time I lived there. In response to the complaint I received from *** *** whom resides at *** *** *** *** ** ***, I received a call from Ms*** *** mother *** A*** whom is also listed on lease agreement on August 8, requesting how her daughter could get out of her lease
that she was wanting to move in with her dad. I explained to her the only clause we have to terminate a lease agreement was for military. I received first call about bug issue on August 22, we did go spray unit as requested and seen no sign of bugs. We also did our semi-annual on September 12, pest spray of the entire building and again did not see any signs of bug problem. I received a call on October 20, and October 25, and sprayed unit both days and still no signs of bugs. On November 8, we received another call and we sprayed again we did see one dead but on cabinet. I explained to Ms*** again that I do not see a bug problem that you may see one or two at times due to living in a building of units. I then received an email from *** *** on November 14, stating that her apartment is roach infected and has been since she moved in May 6, and asking to be released from lease agreement. I have attached my response to her email.So, the apartment was spray prior to her mowhen unit turned for new move-in. We also had or Annual Maplewood City Inspection on August 23, and thre was not report from the inspector stating there was a bug issue in her unit.I have enclosed copies of letter an work order stating when we did spray her apartmens.
