In regards to my complaint, it still stands. I want Map my fitness to cancel my "membership" and stop annually charging my credit card without my permission, but I did get a credit authorization from Visa so I guess technically the dispute has been resolved. I do not believe Map my fitness has been reasonable in their handling and would still like them to change their policies.
