Their online banking service is very unreliable. I checked my balance at 9:05 AM PST on the 9th of December. The available balance they showed me stated I had over $940 available. They also showed several transactions as pending. These took from my current balance and my available balance was what was I said above. They then charged me again for what was showing as pending in my account making my balance negative. I called customer service about the issue and they told me they would only reverse the fees for the negative balance. I requested they reverse the transactions and make my balance 0 and close my account. They said no I asked for a manger and the manager told me they would. When I asked her to email me confirming what she told me. The manager then back tracked and said they would only refund the fees. I feel this is unfair and I would like them to make my balance $0 and close my account.

I have overdraft protection on my checking account. When I got the protection on my account, I was told any transaction attempted with more than what was available in my account would be declined. Last night I found that a transaction that attempted to go through was forced through and I was not only brought negative in my account, but MAPS tacked on a fee. The person I spoke with when I got the protection put on my account said that if a hold was on my account and the account went negative that I would not accrue ANY late fees.
When I called to get it reversed the representative I spoke with refused to reverse the fee and at that time told me that debit cards are different from your account. Which was something not made clear to me since I was told ANY transaction that was attempted would be declined. This was proven to be false.
