Review: My name is [redacted], I'm writing this because I ordered from maps.Com and have yet to receive my order or hear back from anyone working for them. They charged my account on February 20th for both the product and shipping and handling. I have called numerous times leaving my contact information and sent a handful of emails asking for a response. Unfortunately im still waiting. At this point all I would like is to have my money refunded so I can order from a company that takes customer service serious. Very disappointed in the way maps.Com has handled this.Desired Settlement: I want my money back. To include shipping and handling.

The customer put in an incorrect email address. They put in [redacted]@yahoo.com instead of [redacted]@yahoo.com therefore she did not receive our emails on Feb 26, March 8th and March 18th indicating that the item was backordered. See email thread below. We have refunded this woman's money and the matter is now closed.
