I'm not normally one to share a review, but our experience was so horrible with this company that I do not want anyone to go through the stress we have enduredThis company promises to help, seems well educated on repairs, and personally sold us the line of "We are local, you can trust us." First of all, they never show up on time or if at allThey will message you hours later with an excuseOne or two times may be acceptable to some, but be wary that this happened percent of the time with themSecond of all, they broke and used multiple things in our home without notifying usAlthough they addressed those issues with us after we confronted them, ungenuine apologies were given and it took additional chasing of them and reminders to rectify the situationThirdly, their workmanship is HORRIBLEWe had to bring in new contractors to re do the work completed by them
