*** *** or Revdex.com We had a contract to do a renovation at *** *** house there were a few changes that he had wanted throughout the project and I did the changes as asked to by *** and then around Christmas time the job was almost completed everything except the tile in the bath and
shower ,and a small porch roof so after the holiday I met up with *** and I had all the change orders and balance from the job figured out and I told him and was expecting to start work to finish project the total he owed was $but *** said he wasn’t gonna pay me that he would only pay $ also through the job *** used an engineer for the permits and plans and communicated for months thru emails with him with changes to the plans *** also did not pay him to date so I met with *** about times after to come to an agreement to finish this job and get payment for me and the engineer and he would not agree to paying anything and he took his key back and said he was terminating our contract and hiring someone else to finish it for $9, so *** owes me for changes that are already completed and also never payed the engineer for plans appx $and he also ripped off the township for not paying for a permit for a $he only payed for a permit for $15,so he payed half of what he should have*** is an illusionist he lies for a living so I’d like to a refund for $for me $for the engineer that never got payed and another $for the permit Thank You , Nick M***
