Customers were fully exposed to hazardous gasoline and the owners did nothing before customers were exposed even though they were fully aware
On April 14, around P.M., I went to pump gas at the Marathon gas station on Napier Avenue in Macon, GeorgiaThere were no out of order signs or any signage or indication that the gas pump was out of orderI was at the pump closest to the road on the side closest to the roadI put my gift card in to pay and the gas started pumping and there was a hole in the hose and the gas sprayed all over my car then all over my face into my eyesMy eyes started burning and I ran into the gas station to tell the attendant to turn it off but he didn'tHe even said that he knew about the broken gas hoseOne of the workers finally came out to cover the pump handle and further leaked gas all over my carHe didn't compensate me for any damages or even seemed to care about the hazardous gasoline that got on me or the surrounding areasThere were witnesses at the restaurant next door the ran to help meThe gas continued to leak for about minutes because the attendant refused to turn off the pumpMy face is reacting to the chemicals and I got a headache from all the gasoline I inhaled

I purchased a pack of Marlboro menthol cigarettes from the marathon gas station on white oak road in Garner NC. After purchasing the product and consuming it, I immediately felt sick, noticing it was not fresh tobacco. I immediately returned to the store to exchange them for a new pack. I was denied a new pack by the management, with a response of "NO, they are all stale!".So I then asked for my money back and AGAIN, I was denied!! On another occasion, I purchased a snickers candy bar. after opening, I noticed the chocolate was white in color. When I looked at the expiration date, it was over 8 months old. Again I asked for am exchange and was denied. Then again for a refund and was told NO! I am out of 5.60 fora product, and NO product. I have spoken with a few customers who have experienced the same issues with the same manager. I an extremely upset and feel as if , in a sense I was robbed. What can I do to have this business investigated? This means that every week we sell about 1500 packs of cigarettes. Because of this high turnover rate, we receive fresh delivery from our vendors once a week. This is why we have a reputation among our customers for freshness of our tobacco products. Thanks to our valued customers, our cigarettes get sold in a matter of days long before they are expired (according to the manufacturers, the expiration date for cigarettes is 18 months from the manufacturing date). Our wholesaler's salesmen come to our store to confirm that none of the candies are expired. If a candy is expired, we get full refund/exchange from our wholesaler. The MARS (manufacturer of Snicker bar) salesperson comes to our store once a month to make sure none of their products is expired. If an item is expired, we do not lose money, since we get exchange/refund immediately from the wholesalers. Therefore, there should not be any expired item in our store.We have been serving in this store for 10 years.
