I am rejecting this response because:I understand you (marathon services) again refusing to provide me with evidence I am asking for the past monthI never got any letters from your company in as you claimingMarathon services very well aware that they are trying to collect from me illegallyHow come your company never responded to my written request? Not till I filed claim against you with Revdex.comYou never responded to CFPB, they sent you my request month ago..Once again I am asking for Marathon services to provide me with original signed contract for this collection As of now Marathon services violates the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act by Failing to Verify Disputed DebtIt is a law: If one disputes collection account in writing, the collector must stop trying to collect until it provides written verification of the debtIt has been over six months and I gave not received from Marathon services this verificationHow can marathon services claim I owe them money and report unverifiable debt?This is absolutelly an acceptable behavior!Marathon services braking the law.! Marathon services cannot collect debt from me that belongs to anonther person (my ex husband)

We have been attempting to retrieve the property of [redacted] for almost yearsPlease read the letter we sent today again offering to settle this matter [redacted] did not sell this trumpet so has suffered loss of use for almost yearsThe yearly loss is $per month X =$per yearThe property has never been returned and no payment has been made since August We are more than willing to find a way to resolve this issue if [redacted] will contact us by telephone and make a proposal of property return and reduced rental monies paid or purchase of property

I am rejecting this response because:I tried contacting Marathon Services by mail to let them know that they are collecting from me item I do not have. This item is not in my possession since 2010. As soon as I was contacted by marathon in 2010 I immediately returned item back to the person who signed the leasing agreement with the music store. In the letter from Marathon services they are claiming that they have stopped by in 2010 to pick up the item, but it looks like they were coming to the wrong address. I am asking Marathon services to immediately stop collection as I never signed any contracts with them nor music store. I gave back the item to the person responsible for the contract and it's not in my control what happened to the item. As I mentioned before I will be taking this to the court system if Marathon services continue fraudulent collection and reporting to my credit. I never had any legal responsibility for the item as I never had signed any contracts.!

*** at Marathon is not reliable and hard to work with Have had a issue with him for over months and he's blaming it on the company that provided the parts The parts got returned and I haven't been reimbursed as the supplier states nothing was returned Won't be doing business with Marathon again
