MARB built out a new dental office space, completed in 2016. Contractor has not returned to address the problem with the duct work. Space is not able to keep the temperature cool enough during the summer. Estimate from another company to repair the work is $***. First contacted owner about problem 2 years ago, at which he told me that he would have someone come and check it out and that never happened. License #:
Other (requires explanation) fix duct work so that air conditioner is able to keep the proper temperature in the space or pay the new company $*** to fix the problem
Consumer had old address and phone number and we never received any notices until notices were sent to the new address. We contacted Consumer and repaired the issue on March 2020. Confirmed repair performance with Consumer over the phone on March 11 2020 he said he will contact Revdex.com to inform of issues being repaired.
