Marble Depot

Review: I have given "Marble Depot" the work to remove existing laminated counter tops and install Granite Counter tops. I have paid them $1440 as advance and I owe remaining $1335 at the time of installation. They promised me and my wife that they will use the left out stone after they cut sink hole, to make a cutting board which can be used to cut vegetables and fruits.

They came my home on Tuesday 9/29/2015 and removed existing laminated countertops and at that time they told me that they won't do the cutting board free but it costs $100. They refuse to complete the installation now. I went to their store today and after discussions Mr.[redacted] asked me to leave his store and he asked me to do whatever I can do. They don't give my advance back.

My kitchen is not usable because there are no countertops and it is too much of discomfort. I can't cook and do nothing in my kitchen and it looks ugly without countertops.

They are not ready to install my existing laminated counter tops back and give back my advance.

Please help me in this situation.Desired Settlement: Complete the installation as promised or Install removed laminated countertops and refund the advance amount of $1440 paid by check.
