We have been customers of Truly Nolen for a little over years We have had more than our fair share of problems with them They were quick to pick us up as new clients and seemed to be very reasonable and answered all of our questions
April of this year we were starting to get a bee problem They responded quickly to our concerns and verified that we were starting to get a bee problem We were charged $to fix the problem which I was more than happy to pay for They said that they would be back in a few days to check on the bee problem and to leave a pheromone trap In June I contacted them to ask about the pheromone tarp and when they would be back to check on the bee problem They apologized for us dropping through the cracks They came out in a few days and did a follow up
We have had a spider and scorpion problems inside and mostly outside of the houseWe have called our repa few times to complain about this They come out and did whatever it is they do, but we still have the problems with giant cobwebs around the outside of the house and scorpions in the house I have gone out on my own to spray and try to keep the problem under control My complaint is why should I have to spend more money on a problem that Truly Nolen is supposed to be taking care of
The most recent problem is we had a bed bug problem in one of the roomsWe called Truly Nolen and they came out the next day to evaluate the problem The bug we mostly contained to one room and a few dead ones in the adjoining bathroomThey charged us $to get the process startedOur rep came out that afternoon and sprayed We had bagged everything as instructed and removed the bed from the room in preparation for the repAfter the Rep, had sprayed everything including the bathroom he told us he would call and come back in about 7-days and inspect and spry again In meantime, we took the carpet out of the room and washed down the walls and vacuumedTwo weeks later and no call from Truly Nolen We called and asked what was going on No response to that, but they said that the rep, could come out that afternoon When the rep, did show up he spent about two minutes in the room and did whatever he did and never did go into the bathroom to inspect or spray that room The rep, acted like it was a major inconvenience for him to do his job
We call a manager or at least we think it was a manager a day later to ask what does our actual contract cover He said he would email us a copy of our contract and show us what we were paying forHe said he would have it emailed out by the afternoon It is 3-days later and still no email!

Company wont honor service agreement to treat new wood on property
I called service when I got wood Yer supposed to call them to treat wood when you get it
I called they set up and appointment Then I get another call girl says shes new and that she incorrectly assigned a tech to treat wood That she would need to send "inspector" instead $alesmen Any way I put the project together on my day off and put it by the pool away from the house until treated Sales guys comes and starts talking about ways to "help me out" with our pool furniture Despite what I told him Then he comes to house and tells me its not covered And that he would reach out to his manager to see what they would do That was last week Meanwhile Termites continue to eat my wood work and I cant move it to the house Beware of doing business with these petty little people Not mention I bought their best package at about $

Company forced us to sign on for a year or wouldn't take care of the propertyAsked them to cancel multiple times they refuse to stop billing us, and even billed us multiple times for the same charges in certain monthsThe amount has gone up over the year, and we were just forced to pay again in order to avoid a collections agency coming after us - even though the house hasn't been sprayed inside for months (we asked them not to come but allegedly sent someone who forged our signature)

I have contacted the Manager for service at my home for errors in their billing me for service that was not rendered I have asked the manager to correct their billing for services that were not preformed On the 3rd visit I was charged dollars and did not receive a credit balance that was paid into the service agreement

If no stars were an option, that would be the ratingThe "manager", *** is extremely rude and dishonestI told him that I was not satisfied with the service for a couple of different reasons and he got upset and canceled my serviceHe failed to mention a cancellation fees and sent me a billThe reason I was upset in the first place was that I received an invoice detailing that the interior and exterior of my home were treatedThis was not possible as nobody was homeThe technician told the manager that I had given permission to hop over the fence on n my back yard to do the treatmentThis is just simply not true.I initially brushed this off until they called me about billingThere were some discrepancies between what I was initially sold and what I was paying forNeedless to say I was upsetI expressed my concerns to the manager over these issues over the phone and he became combativeOverall, this company is atrociousI will be filing a formal complaint as well

Deceptive sales info and sub par service
I purchased this product in August, I explained we may not be at this house for the whole yearI was told that I could cancel anytime for minimal feeThe last time the service person came out here I explained we hear mice in the walls, he barely listened to me, put the traps on the wrong side we told him where the holes wereAnd we still hear mice in the wallsI decided to cancel the account since we are moving to an apartment and do not need the serviceI am told by the rep that they will take my remainder money for in exchange to cancel the acccount without any further feesThat is 228.00! My sales rep was ***

We received a collection letter reporting that we owed 186.00.We never got any billing letter, phone call or message while we were getting service

My name is *** *** ,a Truly Nolan costumer for years acct # XXXXXXX and we got a collection / delinquent letter to my address for a total amount of $We never received any billing letter or any message from the company's employee while doing the services at home that our account was delinquentIf we knew, this debt will not existWe did not had any problem before with the previous Truly Nolen location in Oro ValleyWe were switched last year to this new company address NTravel Center DrTucson , AZ when we moved to our current homeThis is a HUGE lack of respect from them to jump to collection letters and collection agencies in order to get the money that they are NOT telling us that we oweI don't have a contract in my hands as they renew automatically to my bankI lost my card last year an
