I am rejecting this response because: there are no door knocker records that were delivered over the last monthNot 1, as evidence I have [redacted] stating that he would start to send those again (because they stopped months ago), basically admitting they been not completing what I payed for for yearsThey did not leave a doorknocker when they claim they added conditioner, I don't know if they really did anything! Also it was only when I asked for proof and they should confirm that they would prove their service of my pool that they decided to first terminate my account then again charge me for more services they cannot prove they performed which is why I'm asking for one month plus the final week(they added that in the final bill)they still did not provide a complete service! Wow talk about insult to injury they were made aware weeks of ago of what to do, they continually failed to properly empty the debris basket and after the dates they said they would, they still did not perform! Wow I remember the old owner who made sure things were done properly so I know what good service isI have deducted month plus the final week of dollars from the final payment for services not renderedI don't appreciate a business owner who blames his poor quality business on others, especially the customersIt's just not the right way to Treat anyoneIf I felt for a moment it wasn't this owners fault I would not waste my time making sure everyone knows about it

I am rejecting this response because:It is an insult to our intelligence to give us a response like that:As I stated before, I picked up my car on my fourth visit to the shopI understand that not everything goes well on the first try, but it didn't go well even on the fourth tryAn offer was made to me by the shop, the offer was to detail my car, not to fix their mistakesI had to decline such offer, I was not going to take my car back to a non reputable shop againI had to take my car to another shop after being inspected by an independent appraiser, sent by my insurance companyThe shop determined that the bumper was not installed properly and that the wrong fixation devices were used on it (they used clips instead of screws)These were my 5th and 6th trips to a repair shopOne to get my vehicle evaluated and another one to get it fixed rightThe repair shop sends the insurance company an estimate on the repairs, the insurance company deducts the amount that I pay for my deductible and they pay the differenceI do not mean to claim my deductible, I mean for the shop to reimburse me the $I paid out of my own pocket (amount equal to my deductible)I never claimed that my car had been driven outside their premisesOne does not have to drive a vehicle to siphon the gas tankOr is this new to them?I do not understand how do they claim to offer a lifetime warranty on their repairs, if they can't even fix the vehicles right

solution to the customers' satisfaction. Occasionally, some customers cannot be placated. Such was the case in this instance. Customer Relations contacted Mr. * and he was unable to recite any current existing short comings, and could relate to already corrected history. Find attached copy of repair order signed by complainant that stipulates completion times are not guaranteed. Application of deductibles are an arrangement with the customer and their insurance company to secure a discounted premium. Reimbursement of an insurance deductible is adverse to industry standard, and we decline to do so. Deplete ion of fuel from the vehicle is a figment of the customers imagination as it was never driven from the premises.We provide a lifetime warranty which remains in effect.

I have deducted 1 month plus the final week of 13 dollars from the final payment for services not rendered. I don't appreciate a business owner who blames his poor quality business on others, especially the customers. It's just not the right way to Treat anyone. If I felt for a moment it wasn't this owners fault I would not waste my time making sure everyone knows about it.

The last date of service for this customer was April 3, 2017 and he has a balance of $95.86.  He has falsely accused us of fake yelp reviews as well.  We just had an ad company help us compile our customers email addresses so we could get reviews and he says they are false.  Why would someone be so hateful and such a bully.  The price of $56.00 isn't even the cost of our monthly service.  Some people just can't be satisfied.

Unfortunately some people are never satisfied no matter what you do. This customer is one of those people.  We went over and beyond the services he was paying for, doing work for free on our time to satisfy him.  It is a shame that he feels he must distort the truth.  He has stated...

that he received no receipt for services provided.  That is a complete falsehood.  My Office Manager sends billing statements monthly, which state the service received and our services are told up front when customers sign up with us.  This customer has been receiving service from our company in it's current ownership for more than 4 years. There are timecards by his equipment letting him know his technician was there.  Our services were done exactly as stated.  Our Assistant Manager established a text message system so that the customer would have direct contact with him and went to his residence many times to take care of any issues he was complaining about, on his own time.  We feel this person wants free service and is not satisfiable, therefore we terminated our service with him.  This customer has an outstanding balance that we have yet to receive.  We have an A+ rating and a 4 star yelp review account.  We care about our customers as well as our employees and strive to find a reasonable balance.
