Attention: The Revdex.comWe have spoke to the customer (Mrs. [redacted]) on several occasions about this incident. On April 15, 2015, Mrs. [redacted] called us to readjust her cover and fill her water bags. When we arrived at the home on April 17, 2015, our technician Reid informed her that...

there was 1 1/2 feet of water in the pool. At this time, the technician removed her 2 covers off of the pool. She was charged for solely for the labor to remove the cover, which was for the amount of $150.00. On April 22, 2015, Mrs. [redacted] called and said that we closed her pool improperly. She said she was suprised, because Reid had been to her home on several occasions before for pool closings and other services. The customer expressed that she thought the water must have drained out of the backwash line. Later that afternoon on April 22, 2015, as a courtsey for no charge, we sent out the owner (Steve) to meet with Mrs. [redacted], Steve explained to Mrs. [redacted] that everything was closed properly and it would be impossible for the water to drain out of the backwash because her equipment was above sea level. He felt there must have been a hole in the liner. He suggested her to call a company who specializes in leak detection. We suggested a company called [redacted] Leak Detection. Weeks later, Mrs. [redacted] called and spoke to Marlboro Pools' manager Amy. Mrs. [redacted] informed Amy a company came out and did leak detection. Mrs. [redacted] stated that the leak company found no fault to the closing and found a slit in the liner, Mrs. [redacted] also said she thought the leak company placed a slit in the liner when she wasn't looking. Mrs. [redacted] informed Amy that she paid $377.50 for the leak detection and she was going to report the company for elder abuse because she felt as though that company "ripped her off and was way too pricey". Additionally Mrs. [redacted] told Amy that she contacted her insurance company and found out the liner is 19 years old, Mrs, [redacted] said she purchased a new liner from a company. During this converation, Mrs. [redacted] mentioned that she was going to schedule her pool closing soon, because Marlboro Pools books up very fast during the fall. During the conversation Mrs. [redacted] was very pleasant and had joked around about installing the liner herself to save on money. We are very surprised to see a complaint filed. Through recent conversations, Mrs. [redacted] has been friendly and has made no mentions to canceling a check to our company. Additionally, we have no records that a check was ever canceled.Sincerely,Amy S[redacted] (Manager)
