Long reputation and short on customer serviceAfter settling the financial details, the details of the service to be provided were lackingI had to seek out the representative to provide basic details like what day and timeMultiple phone calls to confirm this informationOn the day, the installers were hours lateThey weren't told basic information like they will need transition strips from the carpet to the tile and wood floorOr that the pile is too high to install without a carpet stretching machineThey were very slow as only one of the three had the knowledge to install the carpetAnd after eight hours of working on one room, they are still not done with the jobAfter trying to get this resolved, EF has decided to take the course that we will be pleased with the productHowever, part of what they told us is that we will have a better experience than a box storeHe even begged us, if you don't go with us, don't go to a box storeHe promised a better experience and we paid more that experienceWe've paid all rightMore money and more aggravation
