Complaint Information:
They claim they never received a copy of an edited videoThat is totally incorrectThey received a fully edited version months ago alreadyThe bride apparently is particular how the angle of her face looks in the live video, particularly in the park scenesAfter receiving their fully edited video months ago, she asked if we could make some changesWe kindly agreed to do so for free based upon what she requested, but the editor has been unclear exactly what she wants, so we are mailing her a few DVD's today to help clarify what they really wantTheir complaint to the Revdex.com is surprising and disappointing as we offered to make changes for free and had already given them a fully edited video, which their complaint says they never received

Thank you for following up with us and keeping us in the loop We were asked for edits and that’s what we gave…our edits. We were never under the impression that the first edit was a final version and that’s where our complaint lies in that we never received a final wedding video. In addition, we feel that as consumers paying a price for a service, we reserve the right to be particular. If anything was unclear, there were several opportunities to respond to numerous phone calls and emails we’ve sent over the last nine months. That being said, he has been very responsive and great with following up with us since the complaint and has provided us with next edits which we haven’t had a chance to view yet. Once we approve, he said he would produce and provide us with the final versions. So, yes, progress is being made but we are disappointed that we had to file a complaint to get these results
