Review: I sent in a wallet to have a broken zipper repaired that was received by the Marc Jacobs repair facility at the address listed below. They received it January **, 2014 via UPS signed for by [redacted]. I have called and emailed numerous times inquiring the status of my repair and have not received any response. I have reached out to Marc Jacobs Intl through [redacted] and [redacted] as well and they have not responded. I called customer service and was told they don't deal with repairs and my last resort is to contact [redacted] which I have done but they have not replied either. My item has not been returned to me.

Review: I sent a damaged Marc Jacobs product to their repair center this September of 2013. They advised me it would be 4 weeks to fix, and at the end of that period, let me know that they were unable to fix it and offerent that I choose another product in its place. I chose a product, and have been contacting them with the bag of my choice. They confirmed my request, then 2 weeks after I was supposed to get the bag in my possession, I contacted them again to see where it was. They finally replied that it was a busy season and they apologized and to resubmit the style of my choice. I did, and once again, did not hear back for weeks. After countless calls and emails with no response, they finally responded that they were out of that style number. I asked them to call me directly, and they did not. They finally responded back via email a week later, again. I called customer service and they put in 2 requests in the system during this time, to no avail. Yesterday, 12/**/13, they emailed me AGAIN that they were out of the product. They have made no attempt to call me directly or fix this, just keep sending me an email that they are out of the product. It is not my fault that they ran out of another product, they should respond quicker. This has been a horrible experience, my $1,250 handbag has been in their possession since September, and I have nothing.Desired Settlement: I would like the bag that I have asked for countless times, the Mini Stam in Red (Bordeaux), and I do not feel it is fair that I be penalized that they cannot respond to emails within 2 weeks. If not, I would like a check for the original $1,250 for the handbag and have zero plan to shop with the company EVER again. This has been a nightmare.

Review: I purchases a Marc Jacobs handbag from [redacted]'s. The edging on the strap started unraveling within a few months. I took it to my repair person several times, and I was okay with that. When the hardware broke, I contacted Marc Jacobs. This was in November and regarding defective hardware (failed) on my handbag, not the strap issue. They said I was still covered under their repair warranty, so I sent it to them. Over the last four months I've received spotty emails, unfulfilled responses, and a failure to return my calls to customer service. I was told they would photograph the repair, to assure I was ok with it, but they never did. They said to choose an item of equal or lesser value, but none were close to my item (only small wallets, etc.) Finally, I said I would pay the difference so I could just have a comparable purse. But they refused and returned my bag, never repaired, and in WORSE condition than it had been in!! The hardware has become scuffed and there are threads unraveling all over the strap -- white threads, different from the problem I had previously been dealing with.Desired Settlement: I want a refund of $298
