Review: I have a voucher I purchased for $19 to redeem for a 45 minute OPI gel manicure or shellac manicure.
The voucher has NO EXPIRATION date. The business will not honor the voucher.Desired Settlement: I would like the service to be honored. I paid for it.
If the vendor refuses to honor the agreement, a small claims court lawsuit will be filed.
