Marc [redacted] is the business owner with his wife that does Landscape / Snowplowing work and I had a snowplowing contract with him when the damage was done to my fence/ gate when it was hit by his truck.I have asked many times for him to submit a damage report to his insurance company but haven't received and answers back Regards , [redacted]

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and the fence / gate both damaged Marc said he would replace the gate / posts at the time of the damage was doneWe have talked / text Marc many times that we still wanted the repairs done The left side of the fence gate will not stay open We will accept his offer to make arrangements this week to go fix the post and gateRegards, [redacted]

Mark called to respond and stated: I did snowplow their driveway this past year. I did damage the fence and acknowledged it and asked for some time to fix it given the weather. I did buy a whole new fence and put it in. They both verified they were happy with the install. I did some extra things around the house, pulled some weeds, etc. for them, and they were happy about everything. They called back in September and said I have to fix the post.  They want the post fixed because it is a little bent.  I will make arrangements this week to go fix the post. I will advise when it is complete.
