This issue is only reaccuring because of the incomplete job done weeks prior by Stans plumbingThe “water” that flooded my laundry room due to a technicians negligence was not just waterIt contained raw sewageThis bacteria doesn’t need to sit for more than a few minutes to have harmful affectsMay I remind you that it took three days before Gary came out to even look at the damage and our carpets were still damp at that pointSo it sat for more than minutes but three daysIt also took Gary some time to get back to me because he kept “forgetting” to speak to StanThe tech failed to clean the entire mess of sewage waterI stated that when my husband came home there was still a puddle behind the washer and dryerThis puddle of sewage water was touching our back wallOn the other side of this wall was the saturated carpet you are willing to accept the ownership of damagingBut not the wall itself that the sewage water came through? The sewage water also went under and around our furnace on another wall as wellThis is what caused the damage to the entrance lenoleumSewage water has sat and dried under the walls in my laundry room and damaged flooring on the other side of the wallI have repeativley attempted to contact Stan personally to speak of the issue but this would be the first time I have actually heard anything from him and not his tech or business managerThe resolution of having my carpets professionally cleaned is not acceptable because I have spoke with several carpet cleaning companies (including *** ***) who tell me that it is against company policy to clean sewage out of carpetEspecially if it has been sitting for more than a dayIt is unsafe for them and my family to be exposed to the harmful bacteria. Mrs. [redacted] is wanting Stan's Plumbing Solutions Inc. to pay for repairs that were not caused by our techs! She freely admits that the backups have been an ongoing issue. Our techs did get water on her floors and immediately used a shop vac and cleaned up their mess. The water could not have...

been on the floor for more than 15 minutes. Fifteen minutes is not enough time to cause the drywall to become saturated as she told us it was, it is also not enough time to cause the adhesive for the flooring to come loose and cause the flooring to come loose. My own home has flooded several times due to septic issues and the water was on the floor for hours because no one was home. I have never had issues like she is describing and as I said my floor and walls were wet for hours. My opinion is, this has been going on for awhile and the room has flooded several times. It takes time for water to soak into the drywall and cause mold and the kind of damage Mrs. [redacted] is reporting to us. We did offer to have her carpets cleaned for her and that wasn't good enough for her. That is all I feel we are responsible for and that is all we were willing to do for her.Stan B[redacted]
