She freely admits that the backups have been an ongoing issueOur techs did get water on her floors and immediately used a shop vac and cleaned up their messThe water could not have been on the floor for more than minutesFifteen minutes is not enough time to cause the drywall to become saturated as she told us it was, it is also not enough time to cause the adhesive for the flooring to come loose and cause the flooring to come looseMy own home has flooded several times due to septic issues and the water was on the floor for hours because no one was homeI have never had issues like she is describing and as I said my floor and walls were wet for hoursMy opinion is, this has been going on for awhile and the room has flooded several timesIt takes time for water to soak into the drywall and cause mold and the kind of damage Mrs [redacted] is reporting to usWe did offer to have her carpets cleaned for her and that wasn't good enough for herThat is all I feel we are responsible for and that is all we were willing to do for her.Stan B [redacted]
