this is true [redacted] came with is girlfriend/wife and bought a rado watch for arround and we helped him financed the watch and all he had to pud down was $.he left happy.came back saying watch didnt work so we showed him how to use it as it was automatic ...we never heard anything from him after that .we just called him on jan am and spoke to him and tried to resolve the matter ...he said he was out of town and b back tue and will come exchange with different watch ....thank u for addressing the issue to us ...thank u [redacted]

Hi, My name is [redacted] and I am the store manager for our barton creek mall location and we tried calling this customer time to time to resolve this issue but he insisted on going through his lawyer and not ready to talk about it. He was in the market for a blue sapphire ring and came to us...

looking for one and found out that we do custom make the ring he saw and liked somewhereHe mentioned that he was quoted $3000 for a similar ring & was offered financing for 12months at 0% APR , So we offered him the same deal.After he got approved for a higher credit limit from our bank he decided to buy bigger and better quality diamonds around the sapphire which obviously raised the price from his initial budget of $3000 and he was ok with that We also extended the terms from 12 months to 36 months to accomodate his desired monthly payment .The financing terms were explained to him before he signed the contract he also signed the store receipt. it was clearly explined to him that all custom orders takes 3 to 4 weeks. We have the Ring in our store ready to be delivered. Its true that first ring came out to be different than what he wanted but we went ahead and Redid the whole new Cad. Its custom job and it takes time and during that time we tried calling him but he refused to talk to us and told us his lawyer would contact us.  He was very clear about the whole process of custom job and agreed to it by signing the store receipt and the credit card agreement . If he had any disagreement about the price being higher than he wouldn’t have signed the credit card agreement which clearly says “ The Amount of $6702 financed at 0% APR for 36 months . We believe in repeat customers and good customer service , So we are ready to resolve this matter in good faith and wants him to be happy . since this was a custom order and ring is already made to her finger size we are willing to offer him the ring for the initial price quoted and re do the contract .Thanks and best Regards[redacted]

the complain is resolved ....costumer us happy .there was refund already issued to costumer and he promised to come back and spent with us again .he is ok with us just was not the right product he wanted . refund is being issued .thank u

Marc Robinson Jewelers is making statements now that are contradictory to what they said earlier. Not allowing me to give my opinion on how the item should look in my eyes takes away the personal touch and is not what I was asking for. I asked for Marc Robinson Jewelers to provide a sketch or rendering before I would ever make a decision to have a ring made. I never signed a document that plainly states I gave Marc Robinson Jewelers permission to produce a ring. There is no document that clearly states that I gave Marc Robinson Jewelers my consent to start the design of a ring.  The only legally binding document is the credit card agreement between myself and Comenity Bank.  which would have been nullified when I cancelled my Iddeal credit.  I cancelled this card after seeing I was charged double for services I did not receive and for an item not received because it did not exist. I do not feel that this would make a valid purchase on 2/13/2017 which by the Texas Business Code when I was asking for a rendering or sketch. I could understand loosing a deposit. I was told was to give Marc Robinson Jewelers permission to start the design process. By the way things seem now, Marc Robinson Jewelers would use this document to mean anything they would like it to mean and taken completely out of context.

after that .we just called him on 24 jan 2015 11.30 am and spoke to him and tried to resolve the matter ...he said he was out of town and b back tue and will come exchange with different watch ....thank u for addressing the issue to us ...thank u [redacted]
